We are a digital asset payment gateway that enables businesses to accept crypto payments through easy-to-integrate buy-now buttons, shopping carts, checkout solutions, and a customizable API. Our tools are designed to support websites, online stores, and platforms looking to offer digital asset payment options to their customers.
Our platform focuses on flexibility and integration. Merchants can embed payment functionality directly into their existing checkout flows or use standalone payment buttons, depending on their technical needs. For developers, we provide API-based integration options that allow for custom implementations and greater control over payment handling.
We primarily serve online businesses, e-commerce merchants, and service providers seeking an alternative or complementary payment method. Our services are intended for payment processing only and do not include investment, trading, or financial advisory features.
Important notice: We do not provide investment opportunities, fund-recovery services, or unsolicited financial contact of any kind. Any reviews, messages, or comments claiming otherwise are not associated with our company and should be considered fraudulent.
We encourage users to review our official documentation and support resources to better understand our products and to contact our verified support channels with any questions.

I paid the full amount, but after the payment it turned out that 0.000099 USDT was missing.
I tried to resolve this issue with support, but they told me that I had to wait 1–2 hours for it to be resolved.
As a result, I had to send another 0.0001 USDT and spend about 3 USDT on the transaction fee.
I do not recommend dealing with them.

I would like to share my experience regarding CoinPayments’ dormant account fee policy.
Both my account and my wife’s account were deemed “dormant” after 12 months of inactivity. As a result, a 5.5% annual inactivity fee was applied on our BTC holdings.
Concretely:
– 0.2 BTC was held per account
– 5.5% equals 0.011 BTC per year
– One fee was applied to my account
– Two fees were applied to my wife’s account
In total, approx 0.033 BTC was deducted.
The fee is clearly described in their User Agreement. However, no individualized prior warning was sent before the deductions were applied.
While CoinPayments maintains that the fee is contractually valid and commercially justified, I find a recurring 5.5% annual deduction on digital assets to be extremely high for what is described as an administrative inactivity charge.
After correspondence with their Legal Department, reimbursement was refused.
I have since withdrawn all remaining assets to self-custody.
I encourage users to carefully review the dormant account policy before leaving assets inactive on the platform.

Coinpayments is questionable company. Unfortunately I made a payment through this company as a third party payment method.
The payment I provided was sent through a wrong network by the company and the recipient is not able to access it.
I reached out to coinpayments for reversal of the transaction as the company is not able to access it.
I have had more than 15 back and forth so far with only message "our Devs are looking in to this" and has been several days with no refund/reversal of my payment.
This is the experience of many and I am one of them - is this company looking for a ClassAction ? I expect resoultion in the form of reversal of the transaction, which otherwise confirms my suspicion of the company's practice.
Update 02/22/2026
I have received a response from their support team but still no action taken after 15 back and forth
Update 02/23/2026
The company claims it will resolve the issue - but no refund of transaction or resolution is provided todate.

My experience with CoinPayments has been beyond frustrating.
I deposited my funds and followed every single instruction they gave me. KYC completed. Proof of wallet ownership provided. Source of funds documented. Every time I complied, they came back with a new excuse. It never ends.
First I was told to verify my identity to process the withdrawal. I did that. Then suddenly I’m told the account “belongs to someone else.” That was never mentioned before I deposited anything. If that was the case, why ask me for full verification and documentation in the first place?
At this point, it honestly feels like scamming tactics. Constant delays. Changing explanations. No real solution. Just policy language while my money remains locked.
When a company verifies your identity, confirms the source of funds, and still refuses to release or return the assets — what is that supposed to look like? From my perspective, it feels fraudulent and like my funds are being held hostage.
I’ve now seen other reviews describing similar situations, which makes this even more concerning. If you are considering using this platform, understand the risk: if there’s any complication, getting your money back may turn into a nightmare.
I never thought I’d use words like this, but the entire experience feels deceptive and unfair. for coinpayment, my ticket is 843352. I will not stop until i get my money back !!!!!

Got up and running within a week, sent in the application their support and compliance team helped us throughout the entire process and ensure they didn't go on assumptions and asked for clarification on anything they were unsure about. This allows us as a business to be confident in their ability to support our scale and operations going forward. If you're a business looking for a partner to handle crypto processing and off-ramp services look no further, CoinPayments has you sorted.
