I tried to withdraw my bitcoin cash…
I tried to withdraw my bitcoin cash coins 48hrs before a planned fork but 36hrs later and they still haven’t completed the transfer. I got fobbed off with things like ‘oh it’s just for your own security and safety that there’s a delay whilst we check everything’s ok’ If this were a hard fork i’d now stand to lose half of the coins value as coins must be kept in a private wallet in order to receive additional coins. Their website clearly states that transfers can take up to a maximum of 24hrs but this is clearly untrue. I don’t trust them at all. Please be aware that if they want to delay you receiving your coins they can which with crypto where value changes rapidly means you could stand to lose a lot of money! In my case it’s likely to be 10k - I will never use them again

"Temporary" operational issues.
I am now on my 6th day of waiting for my withdrawal, without any clear indication of how much longer it will take. Their Telegram channel shows that these issues have been ongoing for a long time and that this isn't the first time they've had these kinds of problems. Customer service is polite.
