If you want high fees, EXTREMELY slow processing, multiple verifications (including photo ID, picture with photo ID, and photo with credit card) and still no bitcoins then this is absolutely the place that you should attempt to purchase your bitcoins. Just go to Venmo or CashApp for instant service and zero harassment. They didn’t offer a zero or negative star so I was forced to leave one star. Awful awful awful.
I don’t wish to put my full name on a review but will certainly give your company an order number so you can locate it. Also, your company does not answer back within an hour on a consistent basis. If you insist on telling lies I’ll be more then happy to initiate a new website called Coinmama-is-a-scam.com to prove to the public that you do not answer emails within an hour. I have the complete email chain where your company has dragged their knuckles on this. The transaction is BBT139446319. Are you telling me that you have so many complaints that you can’t figure out which one it is with a first name and last initial? I do see that on TrustPilot you regularly have negative reviews removed. In fact you have submitted for 73 reviews to be removed in the last 12 months and 67 reviews were removed. Beware of using this company, dig deeper before using them.

My service experience with Coinmama
I highly appreciated the customer service Carl provided. That was the stand out for me. The reason I am giving four stars is because of Carl and his skill in keeping me calm in the situation.
I did not like how the verification was done. The should not have approved the transaction and then delay it to do a verification. That didn’t feel good to me.
There needs to be better customer communication in terms of a human online chat or a way to call on the phone. As good as Carl is with his customer service, emailing back and forth is frustrating and time consuming.
Please ensure that your website in user friendly and fully functional because I was being asked for documents and the options were not available for me to provide them at one point.
