contacted them 3 times since January to get a faulty tap replaced, every time someone called Danique replied saying that they will send a replacement but as they have to do it manually????? it will take a bit longer than usual, now nearly in to April, I think they are full of crap, I am a kitchen fitter and I always recommended this company, not any more I will be advising customers to stear clear

Ordered a black sink. A white one came . Have emailed ,filled in return form , called and no number seems to work . Please help I just want to return and get a refund !

Ordered new kitchen tap on Friday at 1pm, delivered by DPD on Sunday at 9am. How can you complain about that? Email replies received within hours as well. Excellent service.

Ordered a Franke sink last week- €200 cheaper than anywhere else. Sink arrived today to Ireland in perfect condition. Packaged very well. Would recommend this company.

I had a great service by cofaro, I ordered a composite sink and tap. It arrived promptly, I changed my mind on the tap and requested a return And was quickly enabled a returns form and DPD returns package. My refund was received a few days later. Thank you

I ordered a composite sink from Cofaro.com. It was delivered (by DPD) but it had been completely smashed in half and the corner had broken off. There was very little protective packaging in the box (no bubble wrap or anything to withstand any impact), especially not enough for a fragile sink. I contacted customer services however I was told that as I had agreed for the item to be 'delivered to a safe place' by DPD (it was in fact wrongly delivered outside my neighbours house and not to my specified 'safe place') that I was fully responsible and there was nothing they could do. I would take responsibility if it had been delivered to my safe place and it had been stolen or water damaged for example, but not for a faulty or damaged item that was clearly nothing to do with me. A very unhelpful and somewhat rude customer service advisor refused to pass me on to anyone with any authority and nothing more appears to be being done about this. I think this is appalling customer service and they should be investigating this further and providing a full refund. I would not advise anyone to shop with this company.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, do not buy anything from them.
I purchased the "Built in waste bin Copa A-6010. 60 liter" from Cofaro. It has a huge design flaw in that it won't extend fully out of the cupboard so you cannot access the rear bin.
I emailed their customer service who confirmed they knew it was faulty and didn't work properly but still refused to give me a refund because I had installed it (which I had to do otherwise I couldn't have known about it being faulty).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
