bought two pairs on NOVEMBER 18th and they’ve been in Chicago, IL since Nov 27th with no
updates other than they’re “stuck in customs”.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered AirPods which did come before Christmas for my daughter to open but, they didn’t work. Huge waste of time and money as you can not get ahold of anyone via email and couldn’t return them for credit anyhow because of 30 day return policy.

I am only putting 1 star because I would not be able to add a review!
This company is a hoax! They take your money and do not deliver your item. I ordered air pods which I needed before Christmas and noticed that I never received an email confirmation for my order nor any tracking information. When I emailed customer support, they said it usually takes 24-48 hours before they ship any item as it has to be tested. I then replied back and told them that it has already been over 48 hours and it should have been shipped already. They replied with a link to “track my item” which directed me to an Asian website.
I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge on my account. It has been over 2 weeks and never heard back from them and never received the air pods

Don’t order. Buyer beware!!! Ordered 3 pairs beginning of November 2019 and still haven’t got them as of December, 29, 2019. Have emailed them and messaged them on Facebook but they deleted their page.

very very poor product. Waste of money. Opened the box and the case does not even charge. When complaining, they told me not to worry as its normal!!!!!

Awful!!! I ordered the week before thanksgiving and still haven’t gotten them. I have emailed twice and still haven’t heard anything back! Do not buy!!! I found a better pair on amazon that were a couple dollars cheaper and got them within 2 days!

Not as bad as expected. For the price I wasn’t expecting the world (10th if the cost of apple AirPods) but they work and I received them in about 3 weeks. The sound quality is ok but they are fiddly to use. The instructions are incorrect but you can work out most of the function while use them.

Bought 7 pair of wireless earbuds on 11-26 and a watch on 11-28.

Got an email that earbuds shipped on 11-28. I use their tracking website and shows they are in China 11-30 and still sitting there today! Email their customer service 12-12 and says they respond within 24-48 hours. I waited 6 days (12-18) before emailing again and said they are "bullsh*t" and get a reply 7 minutes later saying "hi，

the parcel has been sent out from China. it won't be so quick like a demestic express, we have chosen a quicker express company and it is now normally on the road . no returned or stopped by the custom.

so could you please wait for a few days?

WELL I'M STILL WAITING. $111 out of pocket and nothing to show for Christmas.

As for the watch I ordered 11-28:
Shipped email 12-1. Arrived in USA 12-19 and arrived at my home today 12-24. This watch is absolutely NOTHING like described or pictured on their website. Dimensions of the body are 47mm*40mm*17.5mm! It's HUGE. The bands don't slide on like the Apple Watch. It charges with a micro-USB in the side of the watch body. There is no way this watch would be able to take my heartrate as the underside of it has NO SENSOR. The knob that is on the side sticks out pretty far and most likely will break off at any time. I refuse to even try to charge this and use it.

I requested a refund today for both orders. We'll see how that goes. Their site says 90-day happiness guaranteed, but they only have a refund policy of 30 days after purchase. It's been 28 days since purchase of the earbuds and I haven't received them, how will that work?

I ordered 2 headphones, awful product the charge doesn't last at all. The connection whilst making calls are awful. I would completely avoid this company. I have contacted them twice but no reply! Total scam!

Has been almost 7 weeks. No order update, tracking does not work,emailed cocospace twice now and no response.

the shipping took forever, they don't work very well, they keep powering off at random moments, the "airpods" are EXTREMELY sensitive. i can't figure out how to charge the pods themselves, and they lose charge super fast. the color is great but that's about it. they also feel and look extremely cheap and i can not figure out the different commands.

I ordered two of the wireless earbuds. After reading the other reviews, I sent an email to confirm delivery would be made by Christmas (6 days) as the site stated. The email absent said that although the website stated that they would be delivered by that date, that it would actually take a minimum of 2 wks. I requested the order be canceled. They agreed and canceled the order immediately. I can’t review the product, but the customer service email agent was very responsive and cooperative.

Hit and miss whether these work but if you have a problem, you won’t hear anything again from this company once purchased so I would not recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would as they are the worst company to deal with.
Their customer service is appalling and they just do not respond.
I have asked for a refund as the products are bad quality and they just keep sending me instructions to reset. I have rights as a consumer too but they don’t care. Never ever will I buy from them again.

Ordered weeks ago. No confirmation email, can’t find anywhere to call and they charged me. Trying to get my money back.

I ordered November 19th, received today dec 11th. Exactly what I ordered. Sound appears to be great. Took almost 4 weeks, but they were 30 bucks so I call it a win🙂

Order a black pair and they are terrible. I would STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT ORDER the wireless earphones. Everyone complains when I use them that they cannot hear me. These are the worst headphones I have ever used, by far. I only wish I read the reviews here before purchasing. There is no hope for me.

Be careful with this company and the product, I ordered a pair, got them after a week and they are faulty, the right earphone doesn’t work and they are even failing to charge, they also make songs in Spotify and YouTube skip automatically without me pressing any buttons. I have contacted the customer service team and they keep telling me I’m doing it wrong and not admitting the item is faulty, I have wasted my money and do not recommend this product or company at all, huge scam people, be careful!
