I have been billed $39.90 but I have no idea what for on April 11 2023

Terrible company I ordered some shoes in March that I have never received, after emailing them constantly they keep giving me tracking info but cannot track the parcel. They now no longer reply but have taken my money ! I’m going to report them to Facebook to see if they can be banned from advertising !

I ordered these for my son for christmas, however the did not work, I have been emailing them and requesting a refund and details how to return them, they said it's too long since I ordered them so would only give me £10 refund or buy another 2 sets for the price if 1. I declined the offer and requested a full refund, they have ignored my email.

It's disgusting the way these companies get away with this, can see there is not a single good review on these and the problems are all the same, how do they get away with it??

Defo scammers ordered three lots of earphones for xmas they never came, when i tracked them it said the had been delivered emailed a few times they emailed back saying be with me shortly, got in touch with paypal they emailed me back saying that they had proof off Cocospace they had been delivered so therefore no refund was allowed, so no gifts n £47 out of pocket 😡😡😡 DONT BUY OFF THESE SCAMMERS

The parcel containing a set of air pods was delivered in October but had been slit open and the contents stolen. We contacted them the same day. They replied they would send a replacement. Lots of emails chasing and come January still nothing and now ignoring emails so i opened a resolution case with a paypal. Its still not settled but looks like I will loose as Paypal not asking for a 'Police' report... Really! Cocospace accepted the loss by email, I sent them pictures and now 4 months later a police report is required.
Don't use Cocospace for any purchases.

Don’t bother. Ordered in September. Delivered in Oct, as didn’t know how long would take. Gave for Christmas to my daughters. Stopped working January. No customer service, except if I want to order another pair they will send 2 for the price of 1?? No guarantee, nothing. Don’t waste your money.

My wife and I ordered a set of earbuds from this company, almost 4 months had passed, and I tracked the earbuds coming from China, They stayed at customs for a few months, then we called customs to track the package, It mysteriously disappeared or the package was never sent. We tried to get a hold of the company, and they never responded. It seems to me that they make a ton of money on only posting the fake good reviews. I feel I was defrauded.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Do not expect any response from their customer service.
I bought 3 sets of earphones, one of which didn't work as soon it was out the box on Christmas day.
Initially I eventually got a response to my first few emails with instructions on how to use them...then Cocospace went quiet and has completely disappeared and stopped responding.
Waste of money - avoid them!

Actually ZERO stars. Do not buy!!!! I bought 5 pairs for various Christmas presents. All arrived in time. Look great. However at least 2 don’t work. Problems with charging. Coco space seem to have gone underground and have not replied to my two emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! 💩

I'm so sorry I didn't read these review before purchasing. Thankfully the product is inexpensive but it has been a complete waste of money, Faulty product and all I get is emails instructing me to try things I have already tried. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else

AVOID!! I received two sets neither of which work. One set doesn't power up at all despite charging. The other fell apart when my son pulled it out of his ear and continues to disconnect from his phone - awful quality. Customer service has been appalling! Like another reviewer said, they keep fobbing me off with instructions on how to repair them! Please do not buy from this company!

If you order coco space earphones make sure they work as soon as you get them. I ordered 3 for my kids for Xmas present to see if they could be responsible with them before getting them AirPods. I received them a week before Xmas and then we went away camping and no technology allowed during this time. So only just tried to use them and 2 work and the other doesn’t. When I contacted coco space they said they wouldn’t replace them as it has been 2 months since delivery (which it hasn’t) and that I could have $5 to purchase a new pair 🤬 It’s a shame because the other 2 pairs seem to be working ok once they finally sync to your device.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is a total scam!!!!! Do not spend ANY money at this store please. Your items do not come ever!

Would give 0 if I could. ordered mid November never received the product. Emailed a LOT, got replied initially but none of the tracking info worked so clearly parcel hasn’t been sent. Now not getting any replies at all. Clearly a scam! Now I’m out of pocket.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have never received the AirPods that I ordered. I have been in contact with them over the last few weeks at “support at cocospace.shop” and they say they are in their way. I have contacted Hermes, who say it’s delayed - as per Cocospaces request. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they have not done so. They have removed any reference to their website off of Facebook so you cannot see that anymore.

These guys are scammers. Do not buy anything through them.

I bought 2 pairs in November, I opened 1 pair and one of the pods did not work I have emailed the company 5 times now asking for a return address. They have replied each time but are refusing to give me a return address. Each time they have just suggested using a different charger or try pressing the button harder or some other lame advice. Keep away from them !!

Nice website, poor service! I cannot believe they are still on the web market!!! Items ordered never arrived. Sent emails and have not received any answer nor refund!

Stay away!!!

Don't do it. Pay a bit more and use a reputable company
