Fast reaction from Cocopanda but too long delivery- a week from the order date. Difficult to orient on the website If you don’t know Swedish language. General answers to the questions, it wasn’t clear why shipment wasn’t delivered to pointed address and when I can receive it. I estimate company in complex- quality of product, service and delivery terms. Last time everything was great.

I never got my package, or any track number, or any information about delivery dates. 0/0

1-on your website the status just says: "shipped" not delivered, not awaiting for collection
2-The item supposed to be delivered to my address, not any "agent"
3-if that was the case, I should be notified! Either by email or letter and I have no information whatsoever.
You should really share with me where you got this information from.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. The tracking of your package shows that it is available for collection at an agent and that the shipping company has notified you. Very bad customer service!!!!
I am very disappointed from Cocopanda. A couple of days ago, I placed an order and I chose a pick up point close to my apartment.
For whatever reason, the delivery company couldn't deliver my order to that pick up point and they had to deliver the order in a place which was very far away from my apartment.
I contact Cocopanda about it, and they did nothing! Not even apologize for the inconvenience! I was asking them questions and they were just replying "Your order will be delivered today" even though that was not my question!!! I am very disappointed from this company, it's like they are mocking their customers! I know companies that have way better customer support than this joke company! Never ordering from there again despite the prices !!!
Also, if you have an account more than 5 years, you can't delete your account completely, they will keep your information! You can only deactivate it.
