PEOPLE, PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
My message to people out there is to stay cautious, because once you need help from their customer service they are rude and disrespectful, but besides that they are NOT problem-solving oriented, even if it is a problem caused by themselves!!
There are so many better places to shop from than COCOPANDA, so there is no reason to shop from them and be humiliated by their unprofessional "customer service" who has zero idea of what service is.
I made a return on the 19th of June and on the 30th, when I asked for the status, they wrote me that the return "could take up to 4 weeks" 😳. Wow, anyway I waited, and when 4 weeks had passed, still nobody had contacted me, so I wrote to them (note: their policy is to get back to the client within 24 hours on working days). On the 2nd day (almost 48 hours later) I called their customer service on the phone and they were so rude, arrogant and nonchalant. (I recorded the calls I made.) They told me that the return had not yet been delivered 😳 — so how is that my problem when I used the return slip provided by Cocopanda themselves?
I have NEVER EVER experienced anything like this before, and I am a veteran when it comes to online shopping! So I demanded that they solve this, because of what Cocopanda had promised regarding the process (I have everything in writing), and they rudely dismissed every logical explanation I gave them and just repeated that there was nothing they could do besides waiting until the return arrived before they could give me my money back. I have never experienced a return taking this much time — seriously, it has been over 4 weeks!!! And when I questioned that, they rudely just hung up!! I have recorded the calls, so they can never blame me, because every single word is accounted for.
After being their client for a couple of years, I have been treated so inhumanly and disrespectfully that I have decided never to shop from Cocopanda again. Never!
