No longer operating but taking your money
Seems like they have closed the business. I ordered £346 of coconut bowls and have not received anything and no response from the customer service despite multiple emails and messages via their website. They are weeks past the expected delivery date. I checked their social platforms and they haven't posted anything in a long time so I can only presume they have closed but rather than take down the website they will accept orders to steal peoples money.

Do not buy from this Company! Insta not true
I ordered 4 bowls two weeks ago. No confirmation, no shipping updates. I then emailed to ask re my order & received a reply of promise to follow up my order ASAP. The reply email read as sincere. And days later, still nothing. No bowls. No shipping
I have a requested a refund. No reply. DO NOT SPEND. Not a true business

Purchased three bowls and one small…
Purchased three bowls and one small cup. Bowls are nice no complaints but the cup came in with green mold all over it. It took a few days and a few e mails but they responded and stated they would send a replacement cup out to me.

I love the product idea and I really want the company to succeed. I put in one order and most of the products , esp the cups split at the seams. The first time, they issued me a replacement so I was happy with that. The second time, I sent photos and was told that I could get a replacement if I pay for shipping. The bowel had never been used and was badly cracked. I did communicate that I didn't want to pay for shipping and got no response.

I love my coconut bowls. Not only are they practical for daily use as bowls, they are works of art. Each one is different and beautiful. To create a useful object with something that would be throw away is amazing and innovating.

I got the eco starter set and I use it all the time! The bowls are really nice quality and the shipping was quick. One of my bowls had a slight crack and I was sent a new one very quickly. I love the bamboo cup and straws too!!

When I ordered from Coconut Bowls
When I ordered from Coconut Bowls, my bowl came soon. It was beautifully wrapped up in pretty covering paper, with a green sticker and in a perfect sized box for gift-giving. I opened it to look at it and it was so polished, and pretty, and sat upright well. I then gave it as a Christmas gift to an 80-year old lady for her mobile home to use in any way she'd like, and she got so cheered up, and says she uses it for her cereal. 5 stars experience!!

Love my bowls
Love, Love, Love my coconut bowls. They are great bowls for just about anything you can think of. My grandkids love the cup, they think it's fun to drink out of a coconut shell. The utensils are great as well.

Family Christmas gifts
I bought the bowls for each of my family members for Christmas, adults and children alike. Each one was very intrested in the idea of reusing something from nature, and the story behind the bowls. They also liked the fact that each bowl was uniquely picked for them, along with eating utensils, and 1 got a cup.
The website is very easy to maneuver, which is an added plus.
The bowls are an all around great product.

My first impression of Coconut Bowls was awesome. Great deals and great products. I love that they are sustainable. They are made with love and appreciation for the customers. Terrible service
Terrible service. No items received and absolutely no response from the customer service team. Even after numerous attempts and emails. Resorted to iMessage on Facebook but they just refer me to their customer support team who still don’t come back to me. I have no problem getting their marketing emails. However, when it comes to customer service and honesty, this company is a shamble. Please DO NOT buy from them.
