False and misleading adverts ,items are completely different from what is on the website images .Takes a month to deliver substandard items.

Ordered a case 2 months ago. Never arrived. They refused to refund me. Absolute scam. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and was able to claim a refund through them.

Trash!!!! Thats all i want to say. I ordered a case and the quality is literally trash. On top of that, i emailed them for a return and refund, they got back to me to provide the address and when i asked for shipping label, they didn't bother replying back. As per their company policy, shipping back item would be FREE if the item is not as expected. STAY AWAY!!!

Image renders are fake

I've been caught by a very nice design and had a look at S22 Ultra version of the case. The image itself is just an iPhone body and only S22 ultra camera unit laid on the back of it. The corners of the case are rounded which S22 has sharp 90deg, bottom of the device should have charging port, 1x vent for a speaker and an S-pen dock. The image shown does not have the S-pen dock and has 2x speaker vents. This itself is no go.

I wish I came here first before purchasing. Do not trust images or descriptions of this seller. The items are not of a high-quality at all, and their 'Luxury' descriptions are completely unjustified. My item came in a plastic film wrapper, with a cheap styrofoam inset. The item itself is a poor thing silicone skin that you'd find at a market-stall. DO NOT ALLOW THE IMAGERY TO FOOL YOU.
Additionally, the item comes from China, and if you wish to return the item for a refund, they will insist you return the item first at your own expense. After one week, my case is open with Paypal and the seller is still refusing to refund me.

Just don't buy from here. Honestly, please don't do it. If I don't get my money back, but only one person listens to my review and doesn't purchase from them, then it was worth it.

No case in my mailbox after one month of wait. This is a total SCAM. Hate this kind of people.

I ordered a astronaut stand case for my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra and didn't get the astronaut stand only the case. I'm going to ring trading standards tomorrow and get them shut down

After buying one of their iPhone cases, within a week the case turned in to another color.

Emailed them multiple times, but no reaction. Wrote a formal complaint, but no reaction.

That’s 30 euro’s I never get back!
Pure scam!

It’s a scam. Felt cheated when I saw other online shop selling same phone case for less than $3 and I bought it for USD20 😡. Next time will not trust online advisement easily on Facebook.

En la web dice 1-3 días para recibir el producto. Han pasado 20 días y aun no ha llegado. Además, pagas 20 euro una carcasa que a los tres dias he visto venden en aliexpress a 3 euro. LA MISMA IDENTICA. A mi me han timado. Espero que no timen a mas gente.

On the website it says 1-3 days to receive the product. It's been 20 days and it still hasn't arrived. In addition, you pay 20 euro for a case that three days later I have seen sold on aliexpress for 3 euro. THE SAME IDENTICAL ONE. I have been ripped off. I hope they don't rip off more people.

It doesn't fit my phone the quality is absolutely shocking please don't buy I beg ya please don't they are shockingly bad

Ordered a simple cellphone case on 17 January. It's now 17 March and still not so much as a tracking update.
RIPOFF!!!!

I wish I could have read the reviews before going to order from this total scam, the so-called "online shop". I have been waiting for months to receive my order and was writing to know about tracking my order but lost my hopes finally because I coudn't get my shipment at all even waiting for over the months. This is scam and I would never suggest anyone to purchase from this platform - Totally a scam.

Took weeks to arrive and the side button broke off within a few days, making the case completely useless. Never responded to my request for a refund.

Warning! Poor quality case (cracked in upper corner) and customer service claimed it was past 2 months so no warranty at all, just a $5 discount on a replacement order.

Purchase elsewhere!

They are the worst company to spend money on. Take them more than a month to start processing an order. Then, it takes them another 3 months to put the damn things in a package. In total you’re looking at half a year to receive a case that doesn’t even fit your phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY.

I do not trust them. After purchasing a phone case through their website, the link provided for the courier service did not work. They apologised, sent a new link and told me I would get $5 off the next purchase. Alas, the link for the second phone case also did not work. It said the shipment was “cancelled”. I’ve been waiting for over a month. Customer service takes forever to reply and doesn’t solve the problem for you.

I never received the case and they won’t tell you when they’ll sent it. Definitely a fraud!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You pay for the case and they never bring it to you!!!!!
They stole my money DONT BUY from the website. They nether answer to my emails. Horrible experience!!!
