Ordered my mom a case August 29th and it's going on 2 months now, and she has yet to receive the case. I finally reached out to customer service about a refund and was told that if I wanted a refund I would have to return the item first. An item that we have yet to receive by the way.

I'd suggest purchasing from a different website!
Customer service is horrible and I'm still not convinced that their site isn't a scam.

USELESS UNHELPFUL COMPANY…. Only interested in. The money and after sales help non existent! I needed a refund but they wanted it sent back tracked !!! To some dodgy foreign address that probably will cost me more than the bangle itself !! AVOID !!

What i ordered was not deliverd and the front part is missing .delivey took more than 14 days ..I need a refund

Poor quality item, wrong size and terrible customer service.

The case did not fit my phone, cheap quality and packaging with dodgy labels. Their website claims you can return and refund however their customer service team is making it very difficult. I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Fresh & perfect for heat weather

I bought a transparent phone case and received a white one. The quality is very poor for a $20 case, it looks like a $1 product. The advertisement is very misleading.

The customer support is appalling, they are very rude and will not resolve the issue. I tried to return the product and request a full refund but they refused with very rude responses. I ended up opening a PayPal case to try to get my money back.

Ordered two different cases. Got 2 of the same colour.so I emailed and got a Code for a 15 Euro Voucher , so I could order a different one. That was acceptable for me. Got the answers very quick ,

The package was so late that I thought I had been scammed in the classic way, when they claim to have sent the purchased item, provide a tracking number that leads to a fake tracking website, where the package suddenly gets stuck after a couple of weeks.

...and then it actually arrived.

Wrong item sent, no refund. Took over a month to arrive. In this time, I had to email several series of emails. In this time, I just purchased from another company that actually arrived within a few days. They refused refund and offered two alternative cases which I didn't need/want. Great, I got two un-needed cases, what I wanted was my money back. After they sent me these two, they begged for a 5-start review. Yes, they gave me "more than I paid for", but not what I "actually paid for".

So....if you want the product, are willing to wait a month, knowing if there are issues you WILL NOT get your money back, go ahead. If you are ok with this, at the end of the day, they did TRY to take care of me .

Got mine after 9 days, tracked and same as picture.

I ordered a phone case in the middle of September, there was a problem with the shipment, I wanted to cancel, but still didn't get any reply. Bad service and bad company 👎

ordered a silicone case from them. tracking didn't work but eventually arrived as cheap HARD PLASTIC. asked for a refund, they replied "This product is not silicone material, you can check the product page." the product page says silicone and the item name in the order email is "Ultra Thin Matte Soft Silicone Case for iPhone × 1". huh, kinda sounds like it should be silicone idk.. this happened a while ago but i will have to try to get a chargeback through my credit card company from these POS scammers i guess

I bought one of their cases (cork) becuase I was persuaded by the slick photos. It turns out it was pretty horrible, super cheap plastic all over. I managed to get a refund, nut net of the cost I had to bear to ship registered mail back to China there was less than 50% left

I ordered a cell phone case from this company's website, but it was sent to me in a different color combination. When we contacted them, they didn't want to understand this fact and they wrote to me that the case they sent was nice. After several emails, I opened a case with Pay-Pal. This company is unprofessional and not customer oriented!

Please do not buy anything from these guys. They said my order had been shipped, but a month later and it has still not arrived. Tried contacting them and have had no response to any of my emails. Wish I had read others reviews of them first!

Very bad service and not clear. Gave me a case with a nasty embedded sticker in the back. It even came in scratched. When I mentioned they just offered a 5 quid discount. Total fraud

Don't do it. It takes a month for dispatch and another for delivery and the product is bad quality.

Terrible company. Cancellation policy on the website is fake. 5 min after I placed the order I asked the cancellation, but they charged me. Stay away from this fake company.
