Avoid this Company

Ordered Nov. 14th 2024 as a gift for my wife for XMas. Now, it's end of February, no pillows and no refund. Phone number for the company doesn't work. Would like to file a civil suit if we all get together...Fraudulent company for sure..

It's a scam

Same experience as the others. After two months, still no pillow, said it was lost and would send another. I turned this down and requested a refund. It's been almost a month and several emails and still no refund. Don't order from them.

ordered in dec...never came to my house. paypal agreed with coBio. Re-ordered and they cannot find the order but sure took my money.

It may be a great product but the distribution sucks. Don't waste your time or money.

I’d rate it a zero if I could

I’d rate it a zero if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Ordered in December just like most and in January after several attempt to get tracking I was told it never shipped. They then wanted to resend, to which I requested a refund. I have emailed four times since then and been told that the refund department is over loaded and will take some time. Three weeks later I still have no refund.

Scam

Stay away!!
This is a scam!!
Had to get refund through cc company. Company REFUSED to refund amount. I places order beginning of Dec 2024, it's almost end of Feb and the company has "lost" 1st order and "processed" 2nd order. LIES!!!LIES!!! LIES!!!
Class action lawsuit is needed. CC fees and interest are a real thing. They should be held liable for these because THEY CAUSED IT!!

Absolute Fraudsters DO NOT ORDER

Looks like I am not alone looking through these experiences. I only wish I had googled a review of this company prior to ordering as I am not 6 weeks after the purchase and they refuse to give any updates or concessions. I can not recommend a company or experience LESS than this.

Illegitimate, fake company. Item smells.

Company isn't trustworthy and the pillow stinks. Company did not send the pillow. I emailed. Company lied and said they had no address for me. Clearly they had an address for me. I became frustrated. Cancelled the transaction through my bank. Company then cancelled transaction. Today I received a pillow. It smells terrible. Smells like chemicals used in factories in China. This has been a bad experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered pillow and cover for over a hundred dollars back in December and I still don't have it and it is Feb 18th. They have no phone number to call. All they have are emails that are mostly not responded to. When they do respond they have excuses as to why it has not arrived and are full of stall tactics. So i am out a lot of money and no pillow!!!

Rejected my Return/No Refund; Terrible Experience

Shipping took weeks. Once received, product was mis-shappened and not usable. I jumped through all of coBio's hoops to return and they refused it. So now I'm out almost $200 for two pillows that are garbage. Buyer beware!!! Terrible company. Wish I could share a picture of what they sent to me. :(

I ordered my pillow on 12/18/24, today is 2/13/25 and still don’t have it. I paid with my PayPal and they are disputing it, with what I’m reading here I will also report them to my bank. Every review I read prior to to purchasing was positive. 😡 I’m not very hopeful of getting my money back.

SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company.

Just like everyone else I was scammed too. Ordered two pillows and two pillow cases on December 20, 2024 and still have not received them. I emailed “support” and they replied a week later and told me it was a shipping issue. I told them I still wanted the product. After 2more weeks I received nothing and heard nothing. I emailed them again, this time asking for a refund, and I have not heard a thing from them since. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Scam company
I never get the order that I paid for on 16th of December and today is 8th of February, I will report them to all the major banks in the Middle East . Guys report them with your back as your bank will ask
You to submit dispute form to claim your money back , I did this and the bank blacklisted them.

1 star is generous for this company which should receive 0 stars. I ordered the contour relief pillow on December 16th as a Christmas gift for my spouse and am still waiting for the pillow to arrive. The shipping has not updated since January 1st of this year and just tells me it's in the US. I reached out to the company and they claim it was a shipping issue. When i asked for my money back they said they cannot do that until I receive the pillow. This company is a scam, do not order anything from them!

Waited 35 days for the package

Waited 35 days for the package. Same experience as others where the tracking - a never heard of service- says it was ready to ship and then it would only be updated after I emailed them. Total scam. Disputed with credit card and got my money back. If you use a debit card, you have only sixty days to dispute the charge. Do it now.
