Very happy with my experience. Special thanks to Nicole, Brídin & Hilary. They were the people I dealt with during my house purchase and were very friendly and helpful with my all queries. Co-Ownership enabled me to purchase my first home which I wouldn't have been able to do alone as a FTB Sole purchaser.

Would not have been able to get on the market at the moment without the help of co-ownership which my wife and I are very happy for! Saying that, it did make the process a bit more intense due to their regulations which I do understand, just be prepared for more hoops than normal.

Co-ownership made the application…
Co-ownership made the application straight forward and easy to use. When we found the property we wanted, they done a proper survey that helped us identify some problems that needed sorted before we went ahead with the purchase. The seller then sorted out the problems and we felt safer buying the property.
