I recently tried CNP Professional's mystery boxes, which offered a great introduction to the brand with a wide variety of products like cream of rice sachets, whey powders, protein bars, and pre-workouts. The delivery was prompt and the quality of products, especially the protein bars, was fantastic. Having used their products since 2015, I can attest to their consistent quality, though they may be priced higher than some competitors. Despite a hiccup with a separate protein powder order that wasn't delivered and customer service being unresponsive, I'd still recommend CNP for those new to the brand and am looking forward to purchasing more full-size items in the future. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.

Awful, a week and my item is still no nearer to getting to me, after multiple emails and forms and chasing (by me) I'm getting no help, at this point they're just stealing from me as I've paid and have no product or the refund I've asked for twice as per my consumer rights.

Great choice, quick shipping and good prices. I find the protein to mix well and tastes great. Love the Loaded ISO for training and the pre-workout is great.

Update: November 2024

I received a direct email from one of the reps at CNP apologizing for the support I received. I am happy to say that they have looked after me after my dreadful experience and have put things right satisfactorily.

I understand that things can happen and such with staff, so, I will be ordering with CNP in future in the trust that this won't ever happen again.

A bit disappointed really, second time ordering and while the product is good, the after sales support is terrible.

I ordered 2kg of whey, creatine and some loaded H2O. After I had ordered, I noticed a offer of some flap jacks that you get free with any 2kg whey product.

I sent messages on Facebook messenger, emailed the contract on their Shopify page (I got an automatic reply stating that person no longer works with the company) and filled in the contact us web form. All to try and have the flapjacks added to my order.

I didn't receive a single response. Safe to say, I will be ordering from alternative protein sellers in the future.

Fast delivery

Ordered two of the mystery boxes (legend & core) which was a great intro to the brand. Wide variety of products; cream of rice sachets; whey powders; protein bars; pre workouts; along with a couple of shakers, padlocks and socks.

Would I order again? Probably not as I don’t need more shakers/ padlocks but would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try the brand for the first time. I’ll definitely be purchasing some full size products in future
