Placed an order on the 3rd Feb, no updates and no reply to my chaser email. I fear this is a scam site.

Absolutely shocking communication.
Order placed 10 days week ago and still not shipped despite being told it would ship yesterday. Opening hours are also a joke.

Ordered some parts for Blum kitchen drawers that I couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK. Items arrived next day and well packaged. Very pleased!

Previously purchased items in 2015 from this organisation.
Quality of goods at that time was excellent and still in use today.
Recently purchased a drawer insert spice holder. costing £60.00
When it did arrive some 4 weeks later it was very flimsy and poor quality. Had to return Speedy refund process.
Delivery was shocking via DPD I did request pre purchase that we have problems with this courier and could I request a different delivery service and this was denied as they couldn't change this option. Of course delivery was chaotic and returned t Clutterfree before rescheduling. I am saddened that this experience proved so unproductive

Placed order, 14 days later no item or delivery information. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. Avoid!

I ordered the cut-to-size plastic cutlery tray and also added the option where they cut it for me if I provide measurements.

This option was initially not available but after speaking with customer services on the phone, they re-enabled this feature for me.

The tray arrived, well packaged and perfectly cut. My bespoke drawer size now has a perfect fit tray and the mrs is happy!

This company is the only company I could find that offered a bespoke size tray at a reasonable price. I hope they continue to offer this cutting service for their customers.

Not happy!! Firstly, payment on my order for cupboard knobs was taken, but I received no email receipt and a week later I have no notification of dispatch either (so basically, I have no record of the order apart from my bank statement). I'm still waiting for the knobs. When I phoned, a message said they were closed. Secondly, I later discovered EXACTLY the same knob at HALF THE PRICE. Poor customer service and poor value for money!!

Positives: My order was dispatched quickly, was correct and damage-free, and the delivery charge was cheaper than the only alternative seller. DHL was used for delivery which enabled me to be able to change my delivery to a collection point for my convenience.
Negatives: I have phoned and phoned and phoned over a number of weeks and can never get anyone to pick up the phone. The recorded message says to e-mail, which I did, but I didn't get a response to that either. You would need to let them know within so many days of a delivery if there's a problem but I'm not sure how you would do this if they don't respond to customer contact.

The customer service team showed endless patience, even though I was demanding and ordered the wrong item twice. Many thanks for the advice and understanding - the Magic Corner is finally in place and fits perfectly.

Ordered a 900mm Beech Cutlery Tray - BE WARNED -> they advertise these trays with specific measurements and layouts internally, however, they will send you something completely different. When informed of this, they state they can no longer order the original layout from the manufacturer but have no issues in keeping these photos up. Instead they refer you to the description where it simply states (...3 trays for cutlery and 4 for utensils.." and expect that this is sufficient to meet advertising standards as the total would be 7 slots which differs from the 9 pictured. They refuse to offer free returns and this is beyond deceptive advertising and will be taken forward by myself through the relevant channels or small claims court if necessary. There is no leg to stand on from this supplier or their parent company, absolutely atrocious.

I recently ordered some hettich deep drawer dividers for a 900 leicht kitchen drawer. The customer services team were fantastic - they sent me photos so I could see if they would work for my drawers and I’m pleased to say they were perfect. Thank you very much.

Having all sorts of issues putting together a complex bin - convinced we had the wrong parts, instructions for the wrong model etc. Prompt and helpful responses, excellent customer service - they even put a bin together in the warehouse to try and diagnose the problem for us.
Dropped a star only because the bin came in 2 separate parcels on different days, when I had paid extra for Saturday delivery as that was the only time I could accept it. (It was kind of them to arrange the special day delivery in the first place and apparently they send them separately so the parts do not damage each other in transit.) In general, a wonderful company to interact with... we were just unlucky with this particular product I think.

I recently purchased kitchen storage from Clutterfree Kitchens and was thoroughly impressed. Their products are durable and functional. The best bit though, was the knowledgeable customer service which stopped me making an expensive mistake.

Ordered set of kitchen draw inserts from them. Never came, cannot get hold of them - they do not respond to emails and phone is not answered.

Avoid them at all costs. I get things go wrong occasionally but there is something not right about this company.

I am in touch with my bank as I have flagged this as fraudulent transaction

Awful customer care and I believe, they have conducted fraud.
After receiving our items we realised that the kitchen fitted had told us the wrong sizes. I contacted the returns team and followed their policy. I wanted to exchange for the larger size but I had to return and re order. All was packaged well and sent back via DPD. After 4 days of them receiving the item I was suddenly contacted to say the item was now damaged, apparently by my courier service therefore I wouldn’t be granted a refund. I don’t believe it was. I questioned them and ask for more proof but they stopped all communication with me. I asked for them to return the damaged unit, which legally they should do. I am yet to hear from them.
Do not buy from these especially if you think you may need to return the item.

Disgusting customer service ! I ordered 2 sets of kitchen draws that were late being delivered. Due to the delay, the build moved on to another area of the kitchen as they weren't available to fit. They were then delivered and within a day, the builder tested positive for covid and was quite poorly for well over the usual 10 days. When he did return to finish the job, we realised that the drawers wouldn't fit and so I contacted the sales team who were not really interested in assisting. At the time, all I wanted as a simple exchange but as time has gone on with a number of emails unanswered I am getting more and more frustrated about the poor levels of customer service !

I was grateful for customer service contacting me and correcting my order after I'd ordered a couple of items that would not have fitted.

The order was delivered very quickly and packaged carefully to avoid any damage.

I had no trouble fitting the drawer - just the right size and very good quality. Also, the cutlery insert that Daisy recommended was perfect - it's very helpful to be able to adjust the sizes within the tray.

So far I have had brilliant customer service from Laura, keeping in touch about some of my ordered items being delayed (which I knew about before ordering) and advising expected timings.

Very pleasant on the phone, but BEWARE of their returns policy. We moved into our new house, so put all boxes aside until our builder was able to do the work, a month later. One item was damaged, but because it wasn’t discovered within their 14 day policy window, we had to pay for the replacement ourselves and no refund was given on the damaged item. Not happy 😡
