Great product, easy for a non-expert to measure to get the right size drawer box, and fitter said it was straightforward to put into existing cabinets. We are delighted with our new drawers in what was a difficult to use cupboard.

I cant say enough about how amazing the service is from Drawerboxes. They offered the highest level of customer services i have ever received from a company and even sent out the parts free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Great product, good prices, clear instructions on how to measure and excellent videos on how to install the drawers, ordered the Blum Metabox Shallow replacement kitchen drawer on Sunday and it arrived very well packed on Thursday, by following the installation videos everything went just as planned, very impressed and have now ordered the cutlery insert

I purchased the space saver tower from the company. The item was considerably cheaper than the option from our kitchen supplier (despite being the same brand and a superior spec).

The instructions were a little difficult to follow to start with, but once I got the hang of it, the product was easy to assemble and is really sturdy.

But the stand out experience was the customer service. Despite it being my own fault that I ordered the wrong size, they sent me out a new, which arrived only 2 days after they received the original back.

Easy to order easy to deal with. Personally I ordered a drw not std size and they emailed back to double checked I have messured correctly as obviously bespoke size would mean no rtn. Measure twice cut once. Very sensible. I was correct 😅. The Drw boxes are not the cheapest but are the best and lifetime guarantee on them. Very heavy very good quality. I’m really bad at diy so was a bit worried. Again read twice measure up twice take your time and it’s actually pretty easy. I got it right first time.
Would highly recommend. And if you’re not sure about anything just ask.
Ps there are also easy follow vids to follow each step as well as written instructions

My heavy handed son damaged one of our kitchen draws. Kitchen company wanted ~£100! Drawerboxers were super helpful and easy to deal with, and saved me a lot of money. Replacements drawer parts came promptly and very well packaged. Super simple fix. Thanks guys - top class!

Spoke to company before I placed my order to ensure I did not make a mistake with my measurements etc. Was a very positive experience. Products appear to be very competitively priced.

Drawer arrived as expected as I had received regular shipping details. It did seem to take a bit of a while before drawer was actually dispatched, however, it arrived well packaged & complete.

Fitter used printed instructions provided & the drawer is a great replacement.

I would definitely use Drawerboxes again.

Amazing advice and support from this company. Best value on the drawers I purchased and paid for pre-assembly. Excellent service as they came perfectly constructed and well wrapped so fitting was a breeze and took less than 30 mins. A coupe of fixings were missing but no issues and they were dispatched immediately and delivered next day. Superb customer service and care so no faults at all. Highly recommend and will be back next time I need anything kitchen!

Printed instructions are poorly pinted with indistinct photos..
I found the whole process a pain and next time might get a quote from my local carpenter to fit.

It's a real pleasure to deal with this company. Their customer service is absolutely top class, personally answering questions clearly and very quickly.
The drawer is super quality and shipping time/packaging spot on.

The prices were very reasonable for a set of Blum drawers I needed for my Wickes Sofia range kitchen cabinets. There were printed instructions and the whole pack that came was very well packed. Easy to put together too. When we found a screw missing, the company sent it immediately (via Courier) and when we found that one of the drawers weren't closing / opening as it should, the company worked tirelessly (on a bank holiday mind you) via whatsapp to help sort it out. So all in all, we are very impressed. Will definitely recommend anyone thinking of using them. Saved us £££ instead of getting the drawers directly from Wickes.

Paul from DrawerBoxes worked with me to get the correct width for Blum Tandembox kitchen drawers as the larder unit they were going to go into had different widths! Order and when they arrived, the packing strips were missing :-(. I called and they were apologetic and expressed them to me the following day. Now installed without any issues and very pleased with the result.

I placed an order with this website on the 2/05, where I chose a drawer out of their own range. Some time later I've received an email saying that the size I ordered was hard to find and then another email asking me to leave a review about the company and the product which I've never received although I've paid them on the day of the ordering.
I called them today, 30/05 and they are closed until for the whole week. What kind of company is that?
If they couldn't find my item they could have refunded me but they expect me to do their customer work for them. Please refund me.

Regarding the company reply: My review is NOT false.
1) I phoned your company this morning, about 11 am, and the phone message said you are closed until next Monday.
2) AFTER I left my review, I'd received a phone call from you or one of your collegues to discuss the matter, who claimed to have sent me more than one email but I do not have the alleged emails anywhere and I checked in spam and bin as well. I don't have email problems with anyone else.
3) I was told I would be refunded now but that happened after a month waiting and after leaving a negative review.
4) I'm sure all Trustpilot customers are aware of the pressure the multiple companies put on the customers to remove negative reviews after the issue was resolved. I was asked to remove a negative review many times and sometimes I did. It is not my concern that you have thousands of positive reviews, my experience was not positive and I am sure I am not alone. I do not appreciate the fact that you are implying that I'm lying.

I recently purchased 3 tandem drawer box replacements for my kitchen from Drawerboxes.co.uk to replace some damaged drawers I had. I found their website very easy to use, very detailed instructions on how to measure my drawers correctly amd also watched their Installation videos before buying the drawers. Truly great experience on the website.
I took delivery of the drawers and glass sides for the deep boxes and noted that a few ends were missing and one of the glass panes were chipped. I was amazed that this could happen as they packaged everything VERY well.
Often, after sales service is where companies really fall down, however I must say, I was so impressed by their after sales service, that I couldn't not take a little time to praise them. Within 20 min of my email being sent to them, I got an email from DHL saying that they were collecting a package for me from Drawerboxes.Co.Uk. I got an email later from Gary confirming that the missing ends and a new glass side were on the way.
My experience from start to finish was exceptional. Thank you Gary and Drawerboxes for showing me that there are still companies out there that look after their customers.

I was recommended Drawerboxes by a fitted furniture company in Portsmouth. I ordered my Space Tower Blum Tandem box Antaro soft close drawers over the phone giving the sizes required. The helpful person I spoke to gave me a dispatch date of exactly a week. The drawers arrived after eight days, safely packed with recyclable packaging. The photos on the assembly instructions are not as clear and helpful as they could be but the drawers were easy to assemble and fit using a little common sense. The quality of the drawers and their closing mechanism is exceptional (quite a pleasing thing these days,) and they look superb. Thankyou very much Drawerboxes.co.uk

Very, very poor service!
It is now 20 days after my order was placed and just got off the phone again for an update. Every time I speak to them my order is about to be dispatched.
Of course the COVID excuse is being used but if this was genuine then for sure they would be able to give an estimate of when the draws would be dispatched (like every other company in the current times)!
If you don’t need your product for a month then use this company!
I just hope when it arrives there are no issues with it as my confidence in any after sales service is none existent!

The product is great, I bought the shallow tandembox antaro and the quality is second to none! The video instructions on the website are fantastic, so easy to follow.

I ordered 5 Blum Tandembox Antaro internal drawers to fit inside an existing larder kitchen unit. Drawerboxes.co.uk were the only supplier I could find that supplied packing pieces as standard, which meant I did not need to change door hinges to allow drawers to fit. Despites current restricted working practices due to COVID-19 my drawers were made and despatched and delivered within 10 working days. They arrived by courier on the day stated. All in perfect condition. I have assembled them and fitted them within 4 hours and they look great. No problem with the assembly instructions supplied.

Ordered internal drawers for 800mm & 1000mm kitchen cabinets.

The delivery was fast, the build quality very very good and fitting was easy thanks to the online video guides.

Overall very pleased and the internal drawers add a massive amount of additional storage.
