Absolute scum.

We spent pretty big budget for around 4 - 5 month. All that we get - spam. Zero leads, absolutely nothing.

After raising our concerns we been threaten that if we will broke agreement to pay for 1 year - our profile will be deactivated.

I've gotten the Clutch experience as both an agency and a client, and have had only good experiences! First, as a former agency account executive, my leadership team told me it would be a big deal to get listed on Clutch. So I made sure our agency created a profile and I sourced a couple of reviews from clients — and we got a couple of clients through Clutch! Best part was they were good fits for our business. Then a few years later, when I went in-house, I found a niche marketing agency that best suited my needs. The existing reviews for them held up, and I was really happy with who I hired.
