I bought the CF smart treadmill S100-PRO I am approximately 68k and the unit does not support me, the, it was €219.00 and it is junk to me, only taking up space in my home, maybe it would be OK for a small child. I would not purchase any items from Clover Fitness ever again.

They are crooks. They scammed me out of €250, never shipped the goods, and they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails.Beware: they’ve also moved to Amazon under a different name, but the logo is the same!!!

Sie sind Verbrecher. Sie haben mich um 250 € betrogen, die Ware nie versandt und gehen nicht ans Telefon und antworten nicht auf E-Mails.Achtung: Sie sind auch auf Amazon unter einem anderen Namen aktiv, aber das Logo ist dasselbe!!!

When I ordered this treadmill, I was very excited as it looked very good and it was described to what I needed, to my extreme dissapointment, I received a treadmill that looked different to what I saw on the advertising, the frame was different, it was supposed to have Bluetooth connection but it didn't, on the advertising the screen had 4 sections of large digits but the one I received had a very small screen within a large screen with very small digits, not good for someone with bad eyesight. In all it looked like a machine which was cheaply constructed. I sent it back and I'm glad I got my money back. Think good before purchasing this.

Update: still haven't heard back from customer service and they even blocked me on social media. I tried to mount the rower since I won't get any money back but of course some screw was missing and the rower doesnt work.

Absolutely ridiculous: No user manual included, pieces all around in a gigantic cardboard box with holes, the water rower still has old water in the tank, which is leaking! The metal is rusty and dusty, no answer from the customer service - I want to return this terrible gear and get my money back - including shipping fees - asap. Don't buy from them.

I bought a refurbished treadmill but came in a complete shame state! I had to bought screws because it doesn't came all of them. The main screw that has the function of holding the lower part for storage is so bent that this function doesn't exist. Both arms are so bent that I had to hammer them to fit the fixing screws. And customer support is practically nil.
Not again!!!

Scammers, sell broken products and then refuse to do anything with the warranty. They completely ignore my emails...

NEVER AGAIN!

I bought a treadmill on October 23rd. The treadmill arrived damaged and did not work. After informing the company of the problem and sending photos and videos, I then asked for my money to be refunded, and I sent the treadmill back as requested. This entire process took a long time because the technical assistance was miserable. I made it very clear that I wanted my money back and did not want the equipment replaced. Without sending me any information, one day I received an order that looked like a replacement machine, which I rejected saying that I hadn't ordered any machine and returned it to the sender. It seems that the messages I send are ignored, they do not respect the customer's wishes or the laws. "If the item or good you purchased is defective, the law obliges stores to exchange or return the money paid for that item to the consumer (Decree Law No. 383/89 of November 6)." I have €188 to receive in return for having given me a damaged product.

Orderd a product on the 17.10.2013 recieved nothing
Customer support unresponsive and sluggish.

Paypal payment doesnt work and your prompted to a Banktransfer

Theyre scammers. They dont care about their customers. If you order one thing and receive something else that costs less also, you cant contact them. When you email them the mail bounces back. On whatsapp theres little to nothing either except for a message that you should email them. Were 2 months further and i havent heard anything when i mentioned on whatsapp that i had mailed everything multiple times but that it blocks
Images and it bounces back.

No response ro emails regarding garantie due to defect in purchased treadmill.

Very bad product and costumer support. They sold me a flawed product and they would only accept a return if I paid for the shipping.

Run away from this website.

The product are nice but they didn’t not inform me that we have to pay more for the delivery for Switzerland. And customer service are not really nice.

Avoid their products- Bought an A2 treadmill, broke in less than 2 months! Fell apart underneath. Clover Fitness have just ignored all contact. Sent them photos and they said they'd be in touch within 2 days ... that was 2 weeks ago!
