Absolute joke

I placed my order on the 5th January I have contacted this company at least 15times just to be fobbed off that my items can take 10-15 days we are now on the 4th February this is an absolute joke I’m getting no where with emails or via messenger I will never order from this company again.

Good luck everyone

Good luck everyone! To get your money back from these people you're going to have to get forceful. I sent 2 emails a day demanding either an immediate refund or a tracking number or you will report them. Two a day and 2 through Messenger. I have currently received all but 7 dollars.

Been waiting for what feels like…

I haven't ordered anything but after…

I haven't ordered anything but after reading these complaints I will no way order anything. I do though want to complain about the words you use when you try & entice me in buying something. I do not appreciate words like you calling me love, darling & even sexy. It's discussting when you actually used words like f... off 2020 to me. It's discussting, out of order & completely inappropriate & not professional at all. Sounds like you're scam artists & not a professional business.
Just like to add that i don't have any proof as this site came up on my notifications using these words.
