Never ever join this mining company. I purchased a plan. After 2 months, the miner was inactivated. Then they asked me to add money to make an exchange to another plan. What a scam! They made all the excuses to draw money from the account. Just wonder who ever could have drawn crypto from the account. Moreover, they never showed the information where they are located. Beware!

I've just extended the warranty again for 1 Yr
which I also did 2 months ago and now the miner is running again.
maybe 1yr equals 2 months according to bemine.
I couldn't withdraw funds anyway so I just did it to see what happens .
customer support have been ignoring me
scammers and thieves is all I can say
bemine automated system has sent me an email repeating what it said 2 months ago that I have just purchased premium warranty for 1 Yr uninterrupted mining on my equipment which was only uninterrupted for 2 months

Extended warranty (insurance) covers equipment in case of hardware failure, not in situations where a machine is paused due to market conditions. Cloud mining operates based on real profitability: if a device can no longer mine profitably due to changes in network difficulty or BTC price, it may be paused temporarily or permanently. This isn’t a technical breakdown, but a market-driven decision to prevent continued losses.
We do understand that this distinction can be confusing, and we’re always working to make it clearer in the interface and documentation. Insurance guarantees support in case of physical failure, but it doesn’t override the economic logic of mining — even with insurance, a device that’s no longer relevant won’t be forced to run at a loss.
As for the system emails you mentioned — they are automatically triggered after insurance renewal, confirming the coverage terms. However, the insurance applies only when the machine is active and physically working — not when it’s paused for economic reasons.
Regarding withdrawals: only mined funds are available for withdrawal, starting from 0.005 BTC, or from 0.0025 BTC if you hold at least 2000 PAWĀ tokens. If your balance is below that, it may not yet be eligible for withdrawal.

So basically I got ripped off. Had I known that the equipment I was purchasing for about 500 dollars in BTC would last less than 3 months I would have opted for different more updated equipment, now I am stuck with no way to make money and out hundreds of dollars because you changed the rules, now offer me updated equipment for a "discounted" price of hundreds more dollars. Why would you not do the same with the next purchase? You need to allow me to withdraw the money left in my balance but your rule won't allow me to cash out. This is not right and you know it. You got hundreds of dollars from me selling me equipment that would not last the duration of the contract I commited to. This was supposed to make me money over a period of time and you decided to cut it off after a fraction of that time.
I urge people to not do business with them. They will take your money one way or another through an unlimited number of loopholes they have in place to change things as they see fit.

They will never allow you to withdraw at least an half of your invested money. So, what is the point of talking about profits?
No matter how good the equipment you purchase, they will prompt you that you equipment is broke sooner (before the profit reaching a half of your investment).
Then they will charge you again and again, telling it is broken down.

Only mined funds are available for withdrawal — not the initial amount you deposit. This is clearly explained in our Terms of Use, as BeMine is a cloud mining service, not a DEX or centralized exchange.
Withdrawals start from 0.005 BTC. If you hold at least 2000 PAWĀ tokens, the minimum is reduced to 0.0025 BTC.
Your results also depend on the equipment you choose. Some older models are more affordable, but they mine slower and may be paused when market conditions make them unprofitable. These pauses are not random — they’re based on factors like network difficulty and BTC price.
Hardware breakdowns are rare, but can happen — just like with any real mining device. If your order is under warranty or covered by insurance, we handle repairs or replacement. If not, repair costs are the user’s responsibility. This is outlined before purchase.

Just another scam
It's just another scam. Miners go offline and BeMine asks you to tell them if you want to turn them back on, but then they never reply to you. You're not allowed to withdraw your own money even though you're above the limit defined in the contract and they don't tell you why. When you ask about it they just don't answer. This is just an efficient way to lose your money and your time.

BeMine - False Profits.
Got an e-mail today with the message below, which, reading other reviews, seems to be quite common.
We are sorry to inform you, but your equipment has been inactive for more than 30 calendar days. Starting today, we are forced to charge you for inactive or unprofitable equipment in the amount of $1 per day based on an entire ASIC unit. The amount will increase by $1 every 3 calendar months. This will continue until you order repairs or replacement of inactive or unprofitable equipment.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
After payng hundreds of dollars a few years back and so far recieving a grand total of less than $28 back in return, this is a bit galling to say the very least of it.
Just wondered what those others affected by this intend to do about it, as I really don't want to pay out anymore to a company which have done nothing for me, except effectively steal my money on false promises of profit.
Any advice would be appreciated.
