We’d like to clarify that BeMine does not display or guarantee profits on our website. We provide an estimated income per device, before electricity costs — clearly marked and shown for reference only. “Clean” figures fluctuate constantly based on a wide range of external factors, including:
• Bitcoin network difficulty
• BTC/USD exchange rate
• Electricity rate
• ASIC uptime and efficiency
Unlike many platforms, BeMine offers access to real physical mining devices located in professional data centers. You are not purchasing a fixed income service — you’re renting or co-owning actual ASIC machines, and both mining income and overall profitability depend on real-world market conditions.
Importantly, our electricity rate has remained stable at around $0.06/kWh — one of the most competitive and transparent in the market. Based on this, you can independently verify your miner’s performance using services like WhatToMine, and compare those estimates with your actual output for consistency.

Two days ago i requested a support ticket for a problem with a miner that i rented and i got a quick response and solution that solved the problem.

Scam
Scam. I will explain to you how this platform is scammed. You cannot withdraw until your mine reaches 0.005 Bitcoin. Your mine never reaches this amount because after a few weeks they remove your miner from the circle and say that the miner is no longer profitable and they ask you for an additional amount to replace it with a new miner. The new miner stops working after a few weeks and the support kicks you out of the group and stops responding to you. This is how this platform is scammed. The positive comments all belong to their team.

1. Withdrawals 💰
On BeMine, only mined funds can be withdrawn — this is clearly stated in our Terms of Use. The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.005 BTC, or 0.0025 BTC if you hold at least 2000 PAWĀ tokens. This is a standard practice for cloud mining services, not a restriction invented to block withdrawals.
2. Equipment profitability and pausing ⚙️📉
Mining equipment can become unprofitable when the market conditions change (BTC price drops, network difficulty rises). This is how mining works globally — not specific to BeMine. When that happens, equipment may be paused to avoid users paying for electricity that exceeds potential earnings.
Older and less efficient models are more likely to be paused, while newer models are more resilient. The choice of equipment and its profitability are always transparent at the time of purchase.
3. Equipment replacement 🔄🛠️
When a miner is no longer profitable or needs repair, users are offered options — including equipment exchange — but no one is forced to pay again. You can choose whether to replace, repair, or wait.
4. Support 🗨️🤝

Ive been with this company for over 6…
Ive been with this company for over 6 months. its been a scam since I joined. Today they send me a letter stating that I have inactive equipment for more than 30 days.they state that, They are forced to charge me for inactive or unprofitable equipment in the amount of $1 per day based on an entire ASIC unit. The amount will increase by $! every 3 calendar months. This will continue until you order repairs or replacement of inactive or unprofitable equipment. I feel this company is a joke. I received an email stating that my equipment was down for monthly maintance and hasn't been up and running since.

If your equipment was down for over 30 days due to a status like Inactive, Needs Repair, or Unprofitable, this can trigger a Paid Downtime, as outlined in our Terms of Use. This fee starts at $1 per full ASIC per day and increases every 3 months if the issue remains unresolved. This is separate from the maintenance fee, which applies only when mining equipment is actively running.
The purpose of the Paid Downtime is to maintain infrastructure and reserve resources for your hardware while it’s inactive — not to penalize. We notify users before this fee starts, so there’s time to act.
The earlier maintenance message you mentioned likely referred to routine service, but if your device never resumed operation afterward, it may have required repairs or become unprofitable due to market changes. We understand how this may have caused confusion, and we’re sorry if any message was unclear.
