This company is unbelievably Horrible in doing what they say. Product was NEVER DELIVERED. (They claim it was but with no confirmation of delivery) After several emails back and forth they offered a refund but it was NEVER RECEIVED! Felt like an internet scam experience.

Great selection, reasonable prices and fast shipping. This is the best website I have found for stylish, comfortable and affordable basics plus the shipping is really fast. Each time I have placed an order the package went out the same day and I have received my purchases within a week, even with the country's shipping delays. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

The overall experience with ordering throughout this period of Covaid lockdown has been excellent. The products purchased have exceeded my expectations, and this site will be at the top of my list for future orders.

I'm just getting started making custom hats and I was looking for a good source for inexpensive hats to work with. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I plan on continuing to order from Clothing Shop Online for all my hat needs.

Purchased several t-shirts from them early on in the year. I received them (size small) but the shirts were way too long for my torso, with the shirts being about 3 inches longer than other shirts of size small. I sent them back and emailed the team for a refund. One of the representatives, Jose, said he had received them and that he would check for the status of my refund, but over a month and a half have passed and I have not received a refund. The Clothing Shop Online team has also not responded to the multiple emails I had sent afterwards. Don't buy from them unless you want to run the risk of the shirts not fitting and then not getting your money back.

Great prices on quality shirts and fast shipping

I ordered a shirt that I urgently needed and relied on their promise of same-day shipping before their cutoff time. They didn't ship it, they just gave me a tracking number. The package did not actually begin to ship until several days later. To date, it has been over a week and it still hasn't arrived. To make things worse, I emailed their customer service a week ago and have not gotten a reply. Their phone line does not work at the moment so I have no other way of reaching them. It's a good thing I didn't place a full order with them... I normally spend $1000s every month as I use these shirts for my business. Now I know to keep searching for a more reliable place.

It was a good experience dealing with Clothing Online. Communication was alittle slow, but it is holiday season and alot of people ordering online. I needed to return, which was no problem. It took alittle while for my refund, but I received it no problem.

I have made plenty of orders here, but something has changed within the last month. Do NOT purchase from here if you need someone reliable.

I had 2 packages get "returned to sender" due to an address being wrong (although it wasn't wrong, USPS just did not deliver it). Fine, it happens. However I've been waiting for my return to "process" for a month. No one is answering my emails.

Because of that experience, I am trying to return another order I made shortly after. Before their chat function was taken away, I chatted with someone and they told me I had 30 days within delivery date to return. On their returns page, it says the same thing. I orderd on 11/19, so I should have a few days until I can't return anymore right? Wrong - their returns page won't let me return this order because it's not within 14 days of delivery date. Their returns portal and the language they are communicating is wrong. They will not give me my money back. No one will answer my emails, and no one will answer or return my calls.
