I really love the shirt I bought and at a great price!

Most reviews today are paid for so I wanted to leave one that is not. I have been a customer of Clothing Shop Online for a couple of years now and never had a problem. Shirts have always been great. But I guess I've never had to deal with their customer service until now.
I received an order of 33 shirts that I guess were sized more for Barbie dolls than humans. I had to return the entire order because there was no way I could distribute to the people who ordered them from me. They received my return on March 17th and told me they issued a refund. I know it takes time for credits to show up in your bank so I gave it a few days and still nothing. I had paid through PayPal so I called them. They had no record of a refund. So, I filed a dispute. Even though I have an email and tracking showing that the product was returned and received, PayPall still had to give the company 10 days to respond. I have sent multiple emails to the company asking them to respond so that I can get my money back. Crickets. Still no response. Still no refund. This is theft.

Clothing Shop is always prompt, the prices are excellent, shipping is VERY reasonable, and we've generally been thrilled with the service.

The only reason that the review is not a full 5-stars is that in my most recent order, one garment was dirty - though not permanently stained. The value of the item was ~$9. I contacted customer service inquiring about a refund, or a simple replacement garment. However CS's solution was to ship the dirty garment back, and then send a replacement. That seems like a tremendous amount of shipping cost and carbon footprint for a $9 item.

Ultimately, I just washed the crewneck, and moved on. I will continue to order regularly, but this solution simply struck me as odd.

Exceptionally ifne quality merchandise. The type one would expect to find at high end retailers; but at prices so shockingly low that they will raise skepticism until one examines the goods when they arrive. Tremendous customer service.

Ordered through here to make shirts for my nieces tball games they arrived quickly and were priced reasonably. I will definitely be ordering again tomorrow.

Nice product! Nice service! I had two shirts with a tiny defect and I emailed them about them and they sent me two free replacements and let me keep the defected ones!

I purchased $128 worth of merchandise from this site because of their advertised fast shipping. I placed my order in 2/10/21 and today is 3/19/21. To this date I have received a total of $8 of my purchase. You can’t call their customer service line and reach anyone, you have to leave a message which I left multiple and a month later, no call back. I can only reach someone online chat on their site and they keep telling me my refund was issued on 2/25/21 which it WAS NOT. Since then they just tell me “they are working on it” but nothing ever comes of it. At this point I see I’m not getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Today is 4/2/21 and my status is the same. They are thieves and will only respond via chat and say “they will get back to me” no one ever does.

4/5/21 I finally received my refund today for $115. I will never shop here again, it was not worth the time and headache.

Original Post (3/6/21) - The company has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau and will not respond to any BBB complaints. I created an account and placed a $145 order. The items I received were as expected, but I needed to return 4 items. Shortly after placing my order my online account was wiped out (system issues?) so I could no longer view the items I ordered. I am so glad I printed out my order. I returned the items via UPS Tracking# 1Z7753E90300699710 and they were received at their shipping dock on 11/30/20 at 10:42am by someone named HENDRICK. As of March 6, 2021, this company has not yet refunded me, nor will they contact my by email, phone, or letter. Every time I contact them via chat, they apologize and promise that someone will contact me immediately, but it is now March 2021, and I still have yet to hear from anyone from this company. They are awful at returning your money and contacting you if you your order has issues. I am still waiting for my return in 2021.
**Update 5/10/21 - This company contacted me by email on March 25 to apologize for the delay in processing my refund. They did finally process the refund on April 5.

This company sucks! Don't waste your time with them! It has been four-five months now that I ordered some shirts and they have not arrived. it has been three months since I have been trying to get my money back and yet to see anything come through. I have tried to call them but no one answers, the automated system references you to email them but they will never respond to you. The only time I have gotten a response is when I write a review that is never published on their website and most of the time the response is "We sincerely apologize for the delay on the refund. Our management team is provided all valid feedback to analyze to further improve our services/policies. We will make sure to provide them your feedback for further evaluation." which they never follow up on. I don't understand what is so hard about responding to your customers. Don't waste your time with this company!! buy from someone else!

I ordered a couple sweatshirts, and although I got an email saying they were delivered, I never got them. I contacted customer support and went back and forth for weeks, until they eventually ghosted me. Complete scam
