We have been very satisfied with this product. Clockify has made our business more efficient in several aspects. We have not had any technical issues. When I'm unsure as to how to do something, their support group, Jian in particular, has been quick to respond providing answers and screenshots. I would highly recommend them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Admin account is counted as 1 seat, and they didn't display that in the plans, so when you purchase a plan/seat for your employee, you actually didn't purchase anything because you need to buy one more seat for your employee.
When I asked for a refund because I didn't even use their platform I purchased it 5 minutes ago...Alex from support told me that they are not providing refunds and that I accepted that in terms of policy.
But the real question is, why can't they give a refund? Will they lose something?
The answer is NO!
They played this smartly because a lot of people will be scammed like this!
Its better to pay 20$ (FOR 2 SEATS, admin not counted as 1) on Hubstaff or some other platform, and you will get much better service and features.
AVOID THEM!

I love the Clockify platform. we've been using it for over 3 years and super happy with it. As a Marketing agency, we tested numerous platforms and Clockify has consistently been rated by our team as the most user-friendly and intuitive; particularly the calendar function. As the admin on the account, it's easy setting up projects, and the reporting is really intuitive and powerful. I highly recommend Clockify to anyone looking for a time tracking system.

We have used this for years but they now have SO MANY bugs that go unresolved that is is totally unusable. The phone app no longer works (yes we redownloaded and have updated OS's) and the online app regularly deletes data that we input. We've been forced to abandon this app in favor for Gusto.
Hey dev: your mobile app does not work and web version deletes data. I'm sure we are not the only ones reporting it.

I had a question, and within a couple of hours, I had my answer! Not only explained, but with complete snapshots of each step I needed! Clockify is a great product with great support!
I had the most pleasing experience with the customer service! I highly thank the team for putting so much effort in solving my problems!
Besides: I am using the app for tracking my work hours and I am really happy with the clean and clear surface.
I regret not checking the reviews before subscribing. I assumed that paying would enhance my experience, but instead, it actually worsened. Customer service did everything possible to avoid issuing a refund, even though I requested it just a few hours after purchasing. I would strongly advise against using any of their products.

Thank you for responding to my review. I appreciate that you monitor feedback closely but your response feels more focused on defensiveness than meaningful customer support. Yes, after multiple emails, you offered a credit—but since I won’t be using your product again, it holds no real value to me. I requested a refund just hours after my purchase, yet it was still refused. Also, your dismissive remark about not finding a report under my username ignores the fact that customers may use pseudonyms. A more customer-centric approach would be far more effective.

I upgraded to the Cake.com bundle and prepaid for a full year, expecting a seamless experience across their services (Clockify, Plaky, and Pumble). Unfortunately, it has been nothing but frustration and lost productivity.
Key Issues:
Faulty Registration/Login System – Upon upgrading, their system created separate workspaces for each service instead of linking them under my paid account. This was entirely caused by their flawed setup.
Loss of Access – Once my trials ended, I lost access to certain features on Plaky and Pumble while only Clockify remained upgraded. This meant my team couldn't communicate, and I lost valuable work time.
Multiple Days of Downtime – After multiple support tickets, they finally extended my trials as a temporary fix, but only after I had to push them for a resolution. I didn’t even receive the activation form they promised until I opened yet another ticket.
Guest Account Errors – I faced repeated "NaN errors" when trying to add guest accounts to Pumble, further limiting my team’s ability to work.
No Refund Policy Despite Service Failure – After losing too much productivity, I decided to move to another service and requested a refund. They refused, even though they admitted the issues and couldn't provide a timeline for a fix.
Unresolved Issues Even After Cancellation – Even as I finalized my cancellation, they still hadn’t been able to merge the workspaces into a single, functional account.
Final Verdict:
Cake.com’s bundle is broken, their support is slow, and their refund policy is unfair. If you rely on these tools for business, stay far away unless you’re prepared to deal with major headaches and lost productivity.

Customer service Stefan doesnt want to delete the account after emailing and asking but decided to send a 10 step manual. Worst customer service ever.
Also: the help function to delete the account doesn't work.
Reason for cancelling: another time tracker with a marketplace that will cost us a range of add ons with monthly subscriptions that wasn't mentioned
Found a better all in 1 solution
Update Feb 2nd 2025: had to delete our account after following a step by step plan. Too complicated. Typically a large company that totally lost staying in touch with customer experience. Costed me 3 hours for an app that would safe time. Do not recommend.
