After receiving a discount code by email I decided to purchase 3 canvases from Clock Canvas. When my discount code didn’t work I contacted the Company and asked for help. I was sent an email by ‘Dave’ saying that once I made my full price purchase to let him know and he would refund me 10% Based on this promise I went ahead and made my purchase. Dave emailed me and said that whilst this wasn’t their normal practice they would ‘love to make an exception for me’ and that my credit would appear on my credit card in a couple of days. When this didn’t happen I contacted Clock Canvas. Dave told me that my code wasn’t valid and therefore I wouldn’t be receiving the 10% discount that he had promised in writing. I would not have made this purchase at full price. I have asked for a managers contact to take this further but Dave won’t provide me with one. Shame on you Dave and Clock Canvas for employing such a deceitful person.

I was looking everywhere for this canvas and finally found it. The material and product is amazing, very high quality. The size is true and it hangs beautifully in my hallway. I can’t wait to order more

Awesome selection of artwork and great quality

I was looking for a cheeky white Banksy art print to frame in my bathroom. I got it and I love it! It was fast shipping and it was high resolution, on a sturdy canvas print. It framed perfectly. I’m in the process of framing another I ordered from Clock as well. Five stars!!

We were looking for a specific color scene on canvas. Clockcanvas had exactly what we were looking for. I was nervouse of the quality. We received it and it is by far the highest quality canvas piece we have. I highly recommend Clockcanvas. They will be the first place I look for wall decor for now on.

I received the clock 9 months ago and since then, the batteries have gone out twice. The first time I replaced them, the clock worked fine. The second time I replaced them, the clock completely stopped working.

After contacting customer support, asking if I could get a replace (offering to pay for shipping, taxes and even manufacturing cost of clock) - not just asking for a free replacement - I was told no due to it being out of the 180 day window.

Customer service was a bit rude and just kept asking me if I used carbon batteries (yes - I've tried upwards of 15 carbon batteries). Then only mentioned their "policy" without details, so I had to go digging to discover the 180 day window.

Quite a rubbish product if it only works for 9 month after the purchase date. Funny the window is only 180 days... Thanks for the support, Dave.

This was my second order from Clockcanvas and it did not fail to disappoint. Packaged securely, shipped quickly and quality of picture to a high standard. Love, love, love their products and highly recommend!

I ordered a set of three prints. I was worried the colour would not be accurate due to monitor differences, but they are beautiful. They were well packed and arrived unscathed, hanging hardware included. Easy to use the website, and to track your order too. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I am decorating my new apartment, and I have already bought three beautiful unframed canvas prints from ClockCanvas. I am very happy with the quality and delivery. I will definitely shop at ClockCanvas again.

My review is not about the canvas I purchased but the returns process.

Before buying try and make sure you are going to keep the item as the return process is tedious.

Sadly the colour of canvas I purchased was not suitable and I requested a return. I was asked by the Company what I purchased even though I provided the order number, was offered 10%, 25% & 30% discount to keep until eventually the Company agreed to the return.

I was given an address in Swindon and returned via Parcelforce and insured for the cost just in case there was a dispute. Despite providing a picture of the returns note (tracking number included) I was asked to provide the link to the carrier website, tracking number and another picture as it was not clear!?

Eventually the Company agreed to the return as I had provided proof although they advised they would need to go to the Post Office to collect the item? It was never sent to a post office address!

In summary buy with caution and if you do return make sure you have full tracking details.

I came across a email from Clock Canvases and opened it and discovered not only some unique clocks, but some eye- catching artwork! I found my 3 Muses!! The Elegant Ladies. I purchased the set. They arrived in a timely manner. They will look stunning over my headboard.

I purchased the wrong canvas by mistake. Unfortunately, communication is done only through email but had to because they are not in the US. They respond quickly but unfortunately it went to spam and didn't realize that they did.
I needed to return the canvas since I ordered the wrong item. I had to pay for shipping since they are a small business and it was my mistake, I had no problem doing so. The cost was high but hey shipped it here for free.
They refunded me immediately a full refund before even receiving it just had to show proof that it was sent.

I would use them again but hopefully not click the wrong button next time.

The art looks great, and it’s well made. You can’t be in a rush since most of these have to make it through USA customs BUT they are meticulously wrapped for transit and each piece was in perfect shape.

I purchased 2 framed canvas and they arrived within 2 weeks. The canvas is exactly as the product details described and the quality of the frame was better than I was expecting.
One of the frames had a bit of damage on the one side, I emailed ClockCanvas to let them know and Customer Service replied immediately with a solution. ClockCanvas followed up with an email to me to confirm I was happy, now that is Customer Service!

Quality was amazing, packaged extremely well, brilliant service from start to finish. Recommend this service 100%. Thanks
