Sent a clock with a broken mechanism and hands, originally stated they would refund the cost I paid to get clock working then they changed offer to $60 off my next order (which after this why would i)

Avoid..pathetic customer service

I have to say the Internet strikes again! The three star rating is for the email Customer Service, the product is not what I expected and putting the canvas in the frame is challenging. To be fair, the people answering the emails were very nice and as helpful as they could be.

The colors of the canvas, beautiful, the quality of canvas - average- the frame while it is nice to be able to change out artwork they really need to work on some videos to show exactly how to do things. Their written instructions are very poorly done.

Senior Citizens - think twice before ordering from this company - I feel like I over spent for my canvas - the artist that created the image gets 6 stars - its just the hassle of getting what you THINK you are paying for.

We are keeping our $360 purchase not because we are thrilled but because we know it will be an equal hassle to get it returned and refunded. We are starting to think that this is the hope of many of these companies - to get you so frustrated that you just accept less than what you thought you were getting - lesson learned.

While their email Customer Service is pretty good, still not immediate - don't bother calling the number all you get is a recording. Another example of an Internet business overpromising and under delivering.

This company has convinced me to NEVER trust another ad on Facebook.

DO NOT buy pictures from this company. The pictures are not the same vibrant colors as seen on the internet.
They will not respond back to you if a message is left.
Their customer service is horrible.

Always difficult to purchase artwork online but theses guys make it easy. There is a vast choice plus you can have them in canvas or prints, both in multiple frames if desired. I went for the prints and when they arrived I was very impressed with the all round quality.
Would highly recommend and will purchase from them again

I ordered a wall clock I saw advertised on Instagram. When it arrived I was absolutely disappointed. The quality is a joke for the price of 120usd. It is a cheap product made in china. I tried to arrange a return with them- not possible. All i was offered was a 10% discount. The item looks so cheap I can’t even use it. Avoid this company.

Great customer service. The team and the artists, designers teams had great customer service. They all really helped me get the Be legendary Kobe Bryant poster in a big size that I requested. I am very satisfied and happy with the quality work they did. Thank you guys so much. I will come to you guys again in the near future.

I ended up returning the 3-piece set since it clearly did not match what was advertised and the company is refusing to refund me!! My wife had shipped the items back to them, but she threw away the USPS receipt with the tracking number. They obviously received the items back as it was shipped to their provided return address, but they're not admitting to receiving the items because I can't provide the tracking number.

They don't seem like a large company by any means since they never answer their phones and the same 2 people always email back, so you can't tell me they're too busy to find my returned package. So I'm now out about $300 and have nothing to show for it! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Very easy to handle website with much choice and great motives. Customer service is excellent. Quality is also excellent. Already did two orders and will come back for more.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. I ordered exactly 1 month ago and delivery was supposed to be be 10 days maximum. I have contacted there customer service nearly 20 times and a different person says they will look into this for me and no one ever comes back to me. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I am still waiting for my item and I have waited weeks for someone to get back to me. No apology, no one trying to sort this out for me. Avoid this company at all costs!

1 star is 1 to many my goods arrived damaged as a result asking refund so obviously don't read or understand my emails thank heaven I used PayPal they so far haven't responded 2 them n apparently replacement on its way which I will not accept have asked how they want damaged art shipped return costs 2 them still no reply as 4 the quality I feel not up 2 standard 4 the price as have bought several pieces from other suppliers n service quality price n delivery far exceeds this company !!!!!
