The customer service of ICC is the best I have experienced till now in India. The CSR was very polite and even when my shipment was initially lost, she handled it very professionally and also delivered the watch within the time limit I had.

I bought a Casio PRG-650-1DR from clock.co.in. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the purchase will they deliver ontime, will the product be genuine etc. But once I made the payment It was just amazing and so happy with their service. Once best thing which I did not even thought I would get is the 1 year addisional warranty. clock.co.in way to go!!! Super happy to be your customer. Product delivery was supposed to be happening on Wednesday, during the verification call, I mentioned to try to speed it up and they took an extra step and delivered it on Saturday itself which is 5 days before the actual date.

I had bought a DW watch which had a free bracelet but they delivered only watch and said bracelet is not available and will be deliver after some time. It’s been more than two week and they didn’t deliver also stop replying. I don’t know they are cheating people or what.
