I ordered a blue dial luminous men's watch for Rs 1499/-. But they delivered a very cheap quality white colour dial watch worth of Rs 250/- only.Immediaty I sent them an email but last one month no reply received inspite of reminders. While contacting them in customer care no they told to Post the complain in one app downloading from Google Play Store. The app was for remote control of your handset. This company is fraud & cheating many people. So be careful & not to deal with this scam company.

Scam alert, such a cheater they are ordered a product and they just delivered a normal water bottle how stupid cheating on people even on COD basis as well.

Even after 8 months of regular pursuing no sight of a replacement Casio Gulfmaster or a cash refund of single rupee.This is a fraud company..they have switched off their numbers. The manager Saurabh is not even responding. I have filed a legal notice and still no response

I purchased one wrist watch from this company and returned it by following all their instructions as it was not useful to me. Company received the said returned item in good condition. However they have not issued me full refund as per their assurance in return policy. On my repeated requests on phone calls and request on whats app chat, they kept me on giving false assurances such as account mistake etc. This was not expected from such big and renowned clock company. My faith is absolutely shattered. BEWARE to deal with the company.

The service was too late it had come after 18 days of order and I there was a little scratch on back side of the watch

A made in China watch was sold to us, we would have appreciated if it was mentioned on your website. The watch and the box has good amount of dust which suggest this piece has been lying in your stock for a long time and would have appreciated if you could have mentioned the date of manufacture on your website. I would have returned it immediately but it was gift for someone so time was the essence.

I returned watch for replacement and it’s been more than 15days ,no response from them. Worst customer care.

I odered on 2nd July. And today is 22nd July, Still now I didn’t get my product. And I pay fully in advance. My tracking No , given by this company was wrong. Even they didn’t rply any msg or mail. Really disgusting exprience. I hope I will get my product soon.

They delivered the item with in due period even in covid 19 time

I bought a Casio HDC-700-3AVDF after few days due to lock down they dispatched my order and the same received within 2 day. Behind the watch on stainless steel back serial number is scratched intentionally. I am trying to register this product but without serial number it is not possible. It is question of gueiness. Hope they response soon...
