I ordered an item worth around £250 from Cliphair and selected locker delivery through DPD. When I arrived to collect the parcel, the locker was empty.
I contacted DPD immediately and was told the seller needed to open an investigation. I then contacted Cliphair , who confirmed they opened a case and asked me to wait around two weeks.
Nearly six months later, I still have no refund, replacement, or proper resolution. I have spent months contacting both DPD and the seller without any clear outcome.
I understand problems happen, but customers should not be left waiting this long for a missing parcel issue involving an expensive order.

Great I ordered the wrong colour and clip hair had no issues and processed by replacement quickly. The quality of the product is amazing and worth paying the extra money. Customer service is super fast and give great confidence! Would definitely recommend 100%

Listen be careful with this company! I never received my hair extensions because dpd delivered to wrong house! They refused a refund so please be careful when buying your hair extensions. I’m gutted I’ve never received I was having hospital treatment I even said I’ll show them proof but they still refused I think it’s disgusting and ok

the hair is beautiful, the only problem is the seemless banding on the clip ins do not lay flat. I've tried putting them in tight, loose, at different angles but the band still doesn't lay flat. I've been using hair extensions, all different kinds for over 20 years, so it's not my first time using them. the hair is fab quality, I've already ordered the classic clip ins with the stitched seems as for me, they are a better choice. it's such a shame the band on the seemless ones don't like the shape of my small head.

I bought three packs of pretaped human hair extensions, 24” bleached, the hair instantly fuzzed at the bottom after one tone of four minutes and a wash ( so nothing I had done wrong ) and now having to have the ends removed as they’re matted, they don’t feel like over three hundred pounds worth of hair, maybe blended with synthetic as this simply doesn’t act like human hair would,I could be wrong I could just have a bad batch, up until the last four inches the hairs lovely but I bought these not because I wanted them because I needed them as I had a traumatic experience with my waist length hair being cut off - I was so looking forward to feeling myself again and I’m just disappointed, they will do for now as despite not being quite what I wanted it’s better than the state of my natural hair currently, in all fairness I am waiting for a response I only sent yesterday when fitting them and noticing, the delivery was super quick I can’t fault for that, but I do think for the cost especially now having to cut couple inches off ( if I wanted shorter I wouldve paid for shorter but I’ve paid for the length).
