Outstanding

I purchased 2 packets of the 24inch 1B tape hair extensions back in April 2025 and I honestly cannot believe how well they are still holding up now! The hair is still silky smooth, super shiny and best of all it does not knot or matt. Aside from having refits, the extensions have not been out of my hair, which makes the longevity even more impressive.

This is with everyday styling, frequent washing, holidays, swimming pools and general daily wear — yet the quality is still amazing and they are absolutely worth every penny. There is still plenty of life left in the hair and I’ve also experienced absolutely no colour loss, which is incredible considering how much wear they’ve had!

What really stands out to me is that Cliphair is actually cheaper than a lot of other brands I’ve tried over the years, but there is absolutely no compromise when it comes to quality or longevity. The hair outlasts brands I’ve paid far more money for!

I also have to mention the customer service team — especially Sarah, Briony and Lynn — who have always been incredibly helpful throughout the many years I’ve been a customer. Whether it’s colour matching advice or helping with any queries, they always go above and beyond.

I’ve worn hair extensions for years due to hair thinning after having children and I have tried so many different brands, but Cliphair has by far been the best. They have been my go-to for the last 4+ years and I genuinely wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else because I’m one very happy customer!

I still cannot get over the hair quality for the price point — absolutely outstanding! I genuinely could not recommend Cliphair enough to anyone thinking about trying hair extensions, especially tape extensions. The quality, longevity and customer service are second to none!

Amazing soft

I love my clip hair…

I love my clip hair it’s more affordable than most human hair extensions but still just as good! My hair lasts me ages and is so easy to style and maintain. It holds styles very well too. My hair dresser always recommends I buy from here too!

Clip hair is awful I ordered a weft and…

Clip hair is awful I ordered a weft and nanos literally a week after having this fitted the hair started to shed the nanos that they say are 1g per strand and thick from top to bottom are definitely not the nanos have started to thin at the bottom the hair gets knotty and I have to constantly brush this to get a smooth finish I payed £400 for the hair and I doubt it will even last 3 months. I would avoid this company as it does not sell good quality hair not for the price they charge iv payed less than that in the past and the hair has lasted me 12/18 months which I thought this hair would be like I am so upset to pay all that money out for the hair to thin out and shed after a week :(

Shedding and tangling can sometimes occur due to a number of factors, including aftercare, maintenance routine, product use, and installation, which is why we always recommend following our care guidance closely to maximise longevity and performance.

It’s not a halo

It’s not a halo, the wires don’t fit, it didn’t even fit my 8 year old head , they are advertising it as a halo but it clearly is only meant as a clip in because the halo simply does not work! I’ve seen so many halos advertised and I’ve never seen one delivered like this.The sad thing is you don’t know how it’s gonna work until you release it from the silver packaging. They tell you that you cannot remove. It’s a completely miss advertised product.

The item supplied is our standard Halo extension, which is designed with an adjustable, lightweight wire to fit a range of head sizes. We have sold this product extensively with no prior issues of this nature reported, and it is widely used by customers without concern regarding sizing or fit.

Following your contact with our team, and based on the images you provided, we have already advised that the item appears suitable for return under our returns policy and have requested that it be sent back to us for inspection. Once received, we will be able to assess it properly and confirm the appropriate next steps.

For clarity, once hygiene seals and protective packaging have been removed, certain products cannot be accepted for return if they fall under hygiene-sensitive categories. This includes items such as tapes, nano bonds, and our curly range, where removal from hygiene packaging prevents resale for safety and hygiene reasons. However, this specific Halo product has not been identified as worn and will be assessed for return eligibility.

We would also like to address your comments regarding misleading advertising. The product is accurately described as a Halo extension system, and the fit is intended to be adjustable rather than fixed sizing. The packaging is designed to protect the item during transit, and customers are not expected to assess fit without first removing it from its protective packaging.

Absolutely apauling customer service…

Absolutely apauling customer service very rude staff awful quality hair they say it real definitely not real purchased hair double drawn end April and it worst hair all gave me is 30 cent discount refund I'm not satisfied with hair won't be buying from here ever again worst quality and charging people 180 for hair extensions which aren't real please invest money in other better hair extension companies these are by far worst hair extensions ever bought ever

Since your initial contact, our customer service team has remained in continuous communication with you and has responded promptly and professionally to a significant number of emails in an effort to address every concern raised. At all times, our intention has been to assist you fairly and respectfully, despite the requested resolution changing multiple times throughout our correspondence.

Following your original complaint, a partial refund was offered and accepted as a gesture of goodwill. However, after further correspondence and additional requests for compensation, we advised that the hair would need to be returned to us for a full inspection and assessment before any further action could be considered. This is a standard procedure and allows us to properly investigate any concerns relating to quality or authenticity.

We would also like to clarify that the hair supplied is genuine human hair and is accurately described on our website.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and our many positive reviews reflect both the standard of our hair extensions and the professionalism of our customer service team. Customers regularly commend our team for being helpful, responsive and supportive, which is why allegations of rude behaviour are particularly disappointing to read.

We also note that concerns and complaints have been raised in relation to multiple previous orders placed with us, which is another reason why we have requested the return of the hair for a formal assessment before considering any further resolution as we have not received complaints of the same nature so we would ideally like the opportunity to assess further.

Despite the nature and volume of correspondence received, we have continued to handle this matter professionally, patiently and in good faith throughout.

We remain willing to review the situation further once the hair has been returned and inspected by our team.

I would recommend Cliphair without hesitation

I would recommend Cliphair without hesitation. Being a prospective mother of the bride and needing some extra body for my desired hairstyle, I approached Cliphair for advice regarding the most appropriate extension shade and length. So far so good

So far so good , the hair itself is soft , not overly shiny like cheaper hair . It hasnt been washed yet so I cant say more yet . However the colour is beautiful and i ordered way too much hair , its.thick from root to tip , but nice to have spares

Lost customer …

Considering how extortionate your extensions are… I expected better. I paid almost £400 for the curly hair extensions. Brought two packs. One of the packs I was missing two pieces. So now I’m already mad. You want to know how they get you with a refund? Because I took the bands of them (which you have to do to get them out the packet) you can’t send them back. Which to me is outrageous. Bug also I don’t recommend buying them if you have Caucasian hair. The look nothing like they do on the picture. So now I’m out almost £400 and not even a sorry from clip hair

Amazing product and customer service

Amazing product and customer service. I ordered a few sets and Lynn at customer service were so helpful getting things sorted when there was an issue with dpd.

Hair extensions are great quality and have great colour options.

When I've had to get refunds they have been very prompt.

Only thing I will say is colour matching wasn't great but I got there in the end.

Empty Locker, Missing £250 Parcel, No Resolution After 6 Months

I ordered an item worth around £250 from Cliphair and selected locker delivery through DPD. When I arrived to collect the parcel, the locker was empty.

I contacted DPD immediately and was told the seller needed to open an investigation. I then contacted Cliphair , who confirmed they opened a case and asked me to wait around two weeks.

Nearly six months later, I still have no refund, replacement, or proper resolution. I have spent months contacting both DPD and the seller without any clear outcome.

I understand problems happen, but customers should not be left waiting this long for a missing parcel issue involving an expensive order.
