Dr. Kateryna did a terrific job helping my wife and I get quick treatment for a longtime close friend with a life-threatening heart condition. She helped us to find and get the treatment needed from an excellent hospital and top-of-the-line cardiologist. The task was very difficult because of cost, urgency, language and travel issues. She was in Poland, the patient was in Kurdistan, with limited resources, the doctor and hospital were in India, and we were in the U.S. She was absolutely the best - caring, available 24/7, and helping us over several days to interface with multiple doctors, in order to find a solution for a complicated life threatening issue and a very worried patient. Can’t say enough about what she was able to help us accomplish! She was literally a life-saver.

Kateryna did an amazing job as a medical coordinator. She was very skilled and always made sure everything was done right. She listened well and was really caring, which made me feel comfortable and trusted. Kateryna worked well with others, making the whole medical process better. I am really thankful for her help and would recommend her to anyone who needs a great coordinator.

Vladimir Muradyan is a very kind person who cooperates with absolutely everything. He kept me informed about the date of my admission to Liv Hospital, what I should do as tests. Answer all my questions quickly and accurately. I was very pleased with the organization from the airport in Istanbul they took me over and accompanied to the hotel, then every day a transfer was organized to the hospital. I was in heaven, in a word. Organization at level. Flawless communication. In the hospital itself quick accommodation, the interpreter was very kind and reliable. Medical care at the level and it was obvious that people working in the hospital love their job. Everyone was very smiling and attentive. I am very pleased with the results. I recommend it.

I was assisted by Vladimir from the start to the end of the medical journey, and I can say everything was seamless and legitimate. The only issues encountered was with the hospital’s billing department, which also complained that they underpriced the cost for my procedure and would have to pay more after the procedure which was very odd foe me as I had planned on the budget. The doctor at Memorial Atasehir Hospital Istanbul was professional and very caring. Thanks for all the help

I doubted at the beginning whether or not to book services through an intermediary. I decided to trust and cooperate with Anna.
