Very disappointed with my order, actually gave it away to a charity shop. Quality of finish was poor, sizing was all wrong

The parcel never arrived it’s an absolute joke. They said it was delivered and the driver put it in the porch!! And took a photograph but they won’t sent the photo. I also have cameras around my house and nothing showed up. Be very careful if ordering anything here.

My festive golf shirt arrived this week, it does take a little longer than expected for delivery but I was kept up to date throughout the process. Christina is great at checking in with updates. I am a size 10 UK and bought a M which is slightly bigger but perfect if I need to put another thin layer underneath. Nice fabric and the print is bright and colourful. Great fun and will definitely get me noticed on the golf course.

I was sceptical about purchasing some shirts from climgolf but in all fairness the experience and service provided was very good. Items arrived within 10 days.

Are they any good? Not worn them yet but first impressions were ok to good.

What made my experience great was the fact that from receiving my order I was contacted in relation to it and if I required any changes to the wording. When given the go ahead I was kept in constant contact throughout the process and the safe arrival of the order. I have made several other orders since then and every one received the same high standard. A pleasure to do business with this company and will continue to do so in the future.

Great product the printing not so good wouldn't buy again

So my shirts have arrived. Quality of shirt - top notch. Quality of service - top notch. They took into account my request in the comments section and also speed of delivery was incredible. My one comment, which isn’t negative, is that sizing is at the lower end of margins. My shirt fits perfectly, but not a lot of leeway. I am yet to see if the 2XL shirt fits the intended recipient. If at the higher end of the size range consider going up one. This really isn’t a criticism, just hopefully helpful information. Will I order again? I would hope so for next the next tour.

I ordered a batch of shirts for a team event coming up in a months time. I was a bit dubious about ordering online from a company I hadn't used before, and after reading some of their feedback, I took the plunge and made an inquiry. Christina then messaged me back, who is very helpfull and helped me through the process. After ordering the shirts, I was emailed at different stages of the process to say how things were taking shape. Then emailed to say my order was on route tobe delivered.
They then got delivered before given time.
The shirts look and feel great, but as they are for a team event in a month, no-one has worn them as yet. So when we do and I get any other feed back I will let you know.

Pros and cons...positives:- great ordering process, good pricing, great communication, cracking product, exceptionally happy and will be a regular customer.....Negatives= Long wait for delivery, possibly because we are so used to an "order today deliver tommorow" culture. About 3 weeks! But so glad when arrived!! Highly recommend!
