We just finished building our Mint Climbing Frame and couldn't be happier. We did a lot of research and found these to be the best price and quality out there. Their live chat service was great as well and we were able to chat with someone during the day and the evenings. Fantastic product and service and it looks amazing in our yard - thank you!

We recently purchased Climbingframe from Climbingframes Uk. We found their live chat very helpful as this is the first frame we’ve bought a frame. The staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. We are more than happy with the quality of the of the frame, value for money, delivery time and the overall service that we received. We would highly recommend them. We have very happy kids & we all look forward to a summer spent in the garden!

Placed an order online and it arrived within a week. Great product and easy to assemble. I have to admit for a large purchase I was nervous about purchasing online chatted a few times to their support team, which they answered all my questions promptly and honestly.
A little tip about building the tube slide, build it separately and then screw it to the fort, so much easier.
Overall great product and my boys love it!!!

This is our second purchase from Selwood / Climbing Frames. Delivery arrived early, we opted for the basic curbside delivery as it was to our holiday home and we were both there, There were multiple boxes (6 I think and 2 slides) they were easy enough to move on my own. Assembly using the online manual on my iPad was easy. We could zoom in on text that complimented the pictures. The live chat team suggested we view the online videos before build and that was a fab tip these were not available when we made our last purchase. The play centre is sturdy, quality and looks amazing in our garden.

The delivery service provided is awful. Our product was just dumped on the pavement outside the house with no attempt to see if we were home. No note through the letter box or informing one of the neighbours. I wrote to complain and was informed that "this is a normal level of service". I then left a review on their website and noticed that all the reviews for the product I ordered were dated 14th Nov 2016 and many were repeated over the three pages. Should of checked this beforehand. I have no idea if I have received all of the required parts as there was no delivery note, only time will tell when I start to build the frame. If you are willing to accept this "normal service" then go ahead and order from this company if not then look elsewhere.

The offers are a scam. For example the meadowside two went up from £400 to £450 when a six day sale started. Very underhand. They also increased the price at the time of the Coronavirus which is disappointing to see. Any decent business would not try and profit from this difficult time. Avoid this company.

I've just finish this alone. Yes, ALONE! Took a wile, but is worth it.

great looking climbing frame, a long time to out together but that's to be expected but the swings that come unajustable are terrible. far to low for any child, my four year olds feet drag over the ground and her cousin at 2 may only get a few months before her do also. wrote to customer service as it does not say in the description that they do not adjust and I was told to either buy adjustable ones or TIE KNOTS IN THE ROPE! paying nearly £1200 for a frame thr company should just offer adjustable ropes as standard as was told on the phone many customers have mentioned this.....well do something about it. did write a complaint to the company and was hit back with a very rude email from who I'm guessing is the manager. felt this situation could have been dealt with better and expected more from such a large company. this however does not take away from the fact the climbing frame is great but will now need to spend more money on new swings!

Easy online ordering, great live chat back up. Delivered within 4 days. Only took a day to build and I am no DIYer.

Kids love the Sandy Cove, I feel we got a great product at a fantastic price.

I'm extremely disappointed with the climbing frame I ordered from this company. My daughter is a slim six year old and when she swings the whole fort section squeaks and moves. I sent climbing frames uk a video of this and was told the movement and noise is expected and normal! I have never encountered anything like this before when my children have used similar equipment at friends houses.

I'm actually quiet embarrassed by the frame, my initial reaction of worry over the safety of the frame has been echoed by other parents who have since visited and witnessed this movement for themselves.

I can only conclude that this frame is far poorer quality than the others I have encountered and I very much doubt that it will last the years I had hoped it would when I purchased it. I certainly wouldnt recommend these play frames to anyone.

I bought the climbing frame ( 2 swings , a slide and the climbing tower)when my little boy was 16 months and he loved it. He is now five, and he and his 3 year old sister and all their friends still love it.

Could not have bought a better chrostmas present for the kids it keeps them entertained and active for hours on end. Worth every penny for plenty of years use!! Teaching the kids to be kids having fun :-) anytime any weather.

We purchased a meadowvale climbing frame when we moved to a house with a bigger garden. My daughter loves it and I know my son will too. Worth every penny to provide hours of fun in the garden.

Excellent climbing frame which appeals to my children (18 months and 4 years) as well as visiting kids up to 14 years old! My children ADORE the kiosk aspect of the frame as well as the upper level, swings and glider which they play on well together. As they grow the climbing wall and monkey bars will be more useful.
Only downside is the time it takes to put it together and one criticism would be that the identification numbers on the individual pieces was sometimes difficult to see.

That said I think this is a great piece of equipment which will entertain my children for years to come. Communication with the company was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend the product and company.

Our playground is brilliant and looks great in our garden, its very well made, strong and robust. Great item for our 3 and 5 year olds, we would well recommend.
