Ordered a couple of times from here, and each time delivery has been spot on. The products have been perfect and a year down the line, they still look as good as new!

I recently purchased the hardwood Click-Deck flooring to create an enclosed seating patio area as part of a modern garden makeover, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Although this is currently a temporary stage of my overall garden vision, it has exceeded all expectations and worked out perfectly.



The Click-Deck flooring was incredibly easy to install and instantly transformed the space, adding warmth, style, and a high-quality finish. The rich hardwood effect complements the contemporary look I was aiming for and has helped turn what was once an unused area into a beautiful, inviting outdoor retreat.



As you can see, the flooring provides a fantastic foundation for my enclosed gazebo seating area and really ties the whole design together. It looks far more expensive than it is and has proven to be both practical and durable.



Equally impressive was the service from the company. From ordering through to delivery, everything was smooth, reliable, and completely hassle-free. Communication was excellent, delivery was prompt, and the product arrived exactly as described.

Great helpful customer service from ordering the sample tiles, which arrived the next day, to assistance with completing the order online which also arrived within a couple of days with helpful delivery driver.
The composite decking tiles were perfect for the job I had laying on top of slabs and were good quality tiles with a quality finished look. Installation was a simple click together. Would happily use again for any other similar project and highly recommend.

Wall panels are of excellent quality, very sturdy. I would recommended. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Each box contains 4 x 600mm by 600mm.

The webpage was easy to use, however I did make a mistake and needed to change my order. I phoned the company and the error was quickly amended and the correct materials sent out, and the charge adjusted on my credit card. The product is excellent and we are happy both with it and the service.

We purchased some square shaped acoustic wall panels from here because they were different design from the usual long panels & the choice of colours were excellent. We have nearly finished installation in our front room & so far we are extremely pleased with the quality. The customer service is the best we have ever received & they are only to happy to help in any way. We highly recommend this company 🙂

Outstanding customer service. They made contact with me on request to answer some questions that I had about the product. Graham was reassuring and from his approach I had a good feeling about this company. I confidently placed my order and I received a call to confirm my order and to discuss delivery dates. Even though the courier changed the delivery date late on. Click Deck contacted me to inform me and apologise. This was not a problem because someone took the time to communicate with me so I knew about the issue and made the necessary changes to my schedule. The product arrived in pristine condition. I purchased fire rated acoustic panels that had a cellophane wrap which but also came individually boxed as well. The price was very competitive for this product. The product could not have been protected any better.

Sorry for the long review but from start to finish I have been treated the way that all companies use to treat customers back in the day. And, how the good companies still do today. Well done I’ll be back for more in January.

Saw these tiles on line and I found the option to put in the measurements for the area to be covered really useful as it gave you an estimate for the number of tiles needed. The tiles were ordered and delivered quickly and even I managed to fit them easily! Good product and I’m pleased with the finished effect.
