if only I have read the reviews here! I sent my puffer jacket for a dry clean and they have ruined it completely! Called the number, very inexperienced employee did not know what to tell me except that they could re-service the item (of course I said no, did not want to risk more damage!!). Eventually the supervisor told me she would call me and see what can she do, no call received, no apology nothing.. ah and of course they haven’t got insurance… what a joke of a business!!!

Highly recommend 5*click clean clothes excellent customer service when washing has been picked up and dropped off always a welcoming smile from staff.APP is very easy to use ,prices are very reasonable for what you get nicely washed folded and Ironed clothes life so much easier for a working mum like myself.I’ve tried several shops before I came across click clean clothes this is far most the best company I’ve used, well done click clean clothes your a super stars

Absolutely terrible service. Stained all of my clothes and refused any sort of refund. After going down and showing them what they had done, the woman wouldn’t even let me past the doorway either times i went down, and spent all her time smoking sat on the doorstep. Rude, dirty and unprofessional, would never go here again and I highly suggest none of you do either!!

This is customer service at its worst! So not only the items (two big cushion covers purchased in a boutique shop) were delivered before the booked time slot (so good job I was at home), but they were also completely ruined!! The colour run everywhere!!! And they are now completely unusable! The driver didn’t say a word and left!
Without mentioning the fact that they forgot to return one item…again, the driver had no idea!!! Hoping they will find it as it’s my son’s school blazer!

Really great service by Click Clean Clothes. They provide a really slick and professional service. The pick up time was spot on and delivery was great too. Very good customer care and friendly staff!

I have been getting reoccurring weekly cleans for over 10 months now and I am over the moon with each clean every time. Rhoda and Linda will go above and beyond every time, cleaning of areas I wouldn’t even think of! Every thing is cleaned to fine detail leaves my house sparkling and smelling fabulous every time! You can’t put a price on that feeling ☺️

I faced the second lock down with no washing machine because the logistics of getting the old machine out in order to get a new one in, when recycling companies were not allowed into houses, defeated me. Six months later I am still without a washing machine because I am happier with Click Clean Clothes: brilliant collection and delivery service, no drying washing hanging around the place, an airing cupboard with properly folded clothes in it, and sheets that have seen an iron for the first time in their lives. I could not be happier with the arrangement, and recommend the service to anyone who, like me, is working long hours.

Arrived earlier than scheduled to pick up the order, luckily I was home so gave the items but they then sent an email saying nobody was home for the handover
Damaged 2 items in the order then blamed the quality of the items for the issue when the items were expensive rare vintage silk scarfs and they were specifically asked to take special care when cleaning them
Another item was returned smelling of body odour
I asked to be contacted by the manager to complain but no contact made for weeks until I repeated contact with them
Refused to compensate for the damage in anyway, even to reduce the cleaning costs paid
I now know why they were the only dry cleaning company I contacted to query the cost of cleaning such expensive items who quoted the same price as a general everyday scarf advertised on their price list!

I didn’t mention the delivery time issue in my review, only the pick up time issue but actually this company returned the clothes 24 hours late as they were trying to correct their mistake!

I didn’t respond to your terrible copy/paste response which looks awful from a customer service standard as all you offered was for one of your ‘specialists’ (laughable) to inspect it. I had already had the jumper re-laundered so rid it of the horrible odour that it had from your ‘cleaning’.

You say your staff followed the care label instructions but the scarfs do not have card label instructions so how is this possible?

I told the lady who picked up the order that the scarfs were very delicate and valuable so special care will be needed with the cleaning to remove the stains. Your website says any special instructions should be given to the collector but the lady just kept saying she was only a collector and ran back to the van that she had illegally parked.

You say you’d provide a letter for the manufacturer but as I’d already told your staff numerous times plus yourself, they are vintage designer couture scarfs, not high street or online shops so the letter is useless.

Of the 4 items I paid your company to dry clean, there were issues with 3 of them and 2 of those are ruined! I complained before the items were delivered and at the drop off asking for the manager to call but nobody did until I chased weeks later. Even with everything, no compensation has been offered for even the cost of the horrendous service let alone the loss of 2 vintage designer scarfs and me paying for another cleaner to sort the jumper.

Been using them for over a year, so convenient and excellent quality and service.

I tried them while travelling to Brighton and it worked out marvellously. They even used a small i quite liked! Would recommend easily again. Thank's guys!

I've found this service a god send. They collect your laundry and re-deliver it washed and dried. They are reliable and fabulously you can choose the pick up and re-delivery times to the hour.

I have tried a number of other collection and delivery dry cleaning services in East Sussex and nothing compares to this. Absolutely amazing Brighton dry cleaning and laundry service. I get my suits dry cleaned here for work and I also get my weekly washing done. Their free collection and delivery is convenient and always on time. I highly recommend. Also, great to hear they are expanding to lewes!

I work 6 days a week so hardly have any time to get all my errands completed, the app is SO easy to use, and the service is prompt.
Picked up when they said they would and dropped off as agreed.
Feels like all my suits are like new again!

As a commuter I do not find myself with much spare time to steam my shirts or take my suits to the dry cleaner. This service is a great way to get all that done with the minimum of fuss and in a timely manner. Professional, friendly staff who are always willing to help. The manager is also very helpful, and dealt with a query I had over the phone.

This service has taken away all the hassle of getting clothes dry cleaned. The one-hour slots and early/last pick ups are great.

Also much faster service than most traditional dry cleaners with no additional charge. Next day service is the norm.
