ClickCease is very professional, and every step from registration to usage is very smooth. I especially want to mention their customer service staff, who not only have extensive professional knowledge but are also very enthusiastic. They were able to quickly answer my questions and provide effective solutions. Whether it’s account management or ad protection, they have done an excellent job. I am very satisfied with this experience and appreciate the support and help from the ClickCease team!

Although I am still figuring out the product, I cant help but be amazed at the customer service I have been receiving. We have been dealing with a large amount of abuse from both fraud and spam. The team at ClickCease has been very helpful in trying to figure out and plug the leaks with me.

I've been using Click Cease for many years now and I only have great things to say about the service and staff.

Good Customer Support & Quick. But the chat doesnt continue when we reload the page. Its start again from bot saying Hello if you reload the main page.

We have Test this Tool in the result that our Account get blocked and just release some days later.

The Agents there are not the clevers, one. But the important think are.

I get a lot of notification what kind of clients get blocked from Clickcease but the Javascript code was not included in my website. The Emails suggest that Clickcease block this request and safe my money. But the true ist. He had no access to my Google ADS Account and the Javascript was removed from the Website.

Had an issue reactivating our account but Veselin was brilliant and helped rectify the issue quickly - Couldn't recommend their customer service more!

Customer care was easy to get a hold of on the chat box, very attentive, and address to my need promptly. A situation had came up for my business, and the company was very caring to address it.

After 5 years of continuous service, we cancelled our subscription today; not from dissatisfaction but from success. When we first began our company in 2019, relying upon Google ads, our competion tried everything they could to run us out of business. They relentlessly clicked on our advertised websites and conducted other underhanded activities. ClickCease came to our rescue and allowed us to grow our business and profitability. ClickCease also allowed us the time to build up our SEO. Today, we are ranked in first place within our SEO category of business. Today, we removed all of our ads. Since there is no longer any need to worry about false clicks, we no longer need to monitor our ads. On the other hand, I did not want this day to pass without thanking ClickCease for their wonderful service, product, and dedication to its clients. You really helped to make our company what it is today. To all who are wondering whether to engage the services of ClickCease, I can only recommend them from the bottom of my heart. I would say that they have been supporting me for more than one week to solve a technical issue !

I advise people who might have problems while they are testing the software to contact support from start.

IF YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT THEY WILL STILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CARD THEY KNOW HOW TO STILL MONEY

Honestly, not worth the cost. I was getting a ton of clicks from areas outside of what I was paying for and spending time on optimizing locations for ads, stopped all that traffic and made it basically a waste of money to have clickcease. I was a on a free trial with them and could not justify paying their fees. If you're not going to bother optimizing your ads and locations then you're going to need them as you'll waste a lot of money on fake clicks... If of course, they can get your money back from Google.

I'm processing the trial cancellation now and hoping that they will cancel and not try to pull a scam on me... Not liking the way they are dealing with me cancelling the trial so far.

Blenda was very helpful and replied to my query super fast and solved it very easily and promptly. She also identified an additional problem and solved that too, very good service from Blenda.

i wish i knew about this service sooner i was get alot of fraud clicks from competitors trying to rinse my budget not anymore click cease automatically blocks there IP so they no longer see my ads im using my budget wisely now
