Normally companies ask you to write about them on Trustpilot. Clichy is too old-fashioned for that.
And that's what I like about them.
There is a traditional level of service that you so rarely encounter. I have two cars, both more than 20 years old, so of course things go wrong with them. Clichy is always on top of the problems. There is a genuine attempt to reduce the costs while keeping the quality high.
Have been using Clichy for a few years for small and large repair jobs. Always get an honest conversation, never feel pressured and often comes in under quote (although not always obviously). Staff are great, quick turnaround and the car gets a clean as well. Highly recommend!
