Ordering on the website was a breeze, and I really appreciated the communication about the progress of the order, thank you!

Two aspects you might consider for future improvement:

- The emails seem to be sent randomly in English or German. It's no big deal given that Google translate does a good job at translating German, but you might want to ask at checkout time what the customer's language of choice is.

- For small parts or accessories, the delivery cost ends up dominating the total expense (in my case I paid 18€ international delivery for a 25€ cable). It would be great if you offered cheaper shipment options (e.g. small cables probably fit a regular letter envelope). This would make your offer even more compelling.

Active communication and caring attitude in customer service. Item was delivered in time, and is as expected.

I'm very happy with my purchase, the laptop is really well built and fast, just what I needed for heavy 3D rendering tasks, while the delivery took exactly the amount of time that I had been informed. The company was also very kind to provide free bonus items like a gaming mouse and mouse pad, a laptop cooling fun, and several packages of haribo gummies! They also provided a free monitor upgrade, since the one I had initially ordered happened to be out of stock. I feel very grateful for this really pleasant overall experience, and I would definitely order from them again.

I bought a good laptop for 2000€ 3 years ago but now a fan is already dead.

I couldn't get any part from the supplier LDLC in France.

What a great company. Great customer service and always giving quality materials. If you need help, nothing is too much.

Received a great custom built laptop from Clevo Computer last week. Great design, great performance and great service at a very reasonable price.

Awful customer service. I bought a card more than 2 months ago and now I have no card and no money. They don't answer the emails, the messages through the website or on whatsapp. After countless messages (more than 15) I got only one email from them: "please send me details". Really? I wrote in every email what I want: the card what I bought or my money back. Of course no new answer...

in November we ordered two laptops with desktop processors. the order went smoothly. Shipment within one week. in addition, the seller added a few different practical accessories - for free. we highly recommend it.

the order was sent the same day - the courier was delivered on time - delivery on Christmas Eve - great - thank you very much for the express and professional service and thanks for a small gift in the form of a mouse with a mouse pad. thank you very much.

I highly recommend. the order went smoothly and without any problems. I will order spare parts for my old laptop and a new graphics card for my PC. cool for me. same day shipping.

Good and quickly service. If I cannot find any part to my PC - finally always order from CLEVO. Bought two laptops and PC for me. And order parts. Quickly and individual communications.

TLDR: Good laptops, good prices, costumer service could be better.

I ordered from them on recommendation of a friend, who had good experiences with them.

But, it took a long time. I had to call them a couple of times, and when they picked up, I got a rather stressed individual on the other line. Clearly, it is a pretty small company. In the end, it took around 6 weeks between ordering and delivery.

However, they made this all up by adding an extra 16 GB ram to my laptop. Which I am quite happy with.

My experience with them is a bit mixed. But if you are willing to put up with the lack of costumer service, you can get good laptops for a good price.

Mean with their clients, unneficient and totally a loss of time and money.

No one opens the phone. It doesnt ring. It has been 1 week i odered H110 motherboard. Still no news !!! They dont answer my emails. They had stock when i did my order!

Bought a h110 here didnt receive after 7 days, support doesn't respond.

Looks like I'm not the only one with very bad experience. The order was postponed several times after being paid two months ago. They replied once that it is almost at their warehouse, but then no more answer to my mails in weeks. They dont pick up the phone either. Now I'm wondering, am I ever gonna get my money back or is it a scam business??
