“Fast Processing and Fair Pricing – Great Selling Experience!”
I had a great experience selling my device with Clevertronic. The process was fast and smooth, and I received a fair price for my device. I initially considered another platform, but their offer was significantly lower. Clevertonic provided a much more reasonable price, and the entire transaction was handled efficiently. Highly recommended!

I bought S22 plus in 254.99 Euro after…
I bought S22 plus in 254.99 Euro after using it for next 3 months, I tried to sell because I purchased 14 pro max from clevertronic itself. But they offered me 140 euro for my samsung. That is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this to anybody. Literally dissatisfied with this company

Dear Customer
Thank you for your review.
We are sorry that you perceived our service this way. At the same time, we appreciate that you value the circular economy - that is exactly our goal: giving used devices a second life.
Regarding your case: You purchased the S22 Plus from us three months ago in the "Heavily Used" condition and now wanted to sell it back to us. However, you registered the device as "Very Good", even though you originally bought it in a heavily used condition. The condition cannot improve over time - therefore, we had to classify it as "Heavily Used" again.
We understand that the price difference is frustrating for you. However, please consider that we incur costs, such as double shipping fees, inspection costs, logistics expenses, and more. Our purchase price is therefore based on realistic market values and actual costs.
We hope you can understand our reasoning and would still be happy to welcome you as a customer again in the future.
Best regards from Münster,
Roman from the Clevertronic Team

Hallo lieber Kunde,

Very simple
Very simple. I sent the device for checking for free. After that I waited for an estimate. Realistic prices and offers. Very good and fast service. The money was in my account via paypal immediately.
