This was my second visit to cryotherapy clinician at Cleland Pharmacy. Very well run, professional and informative staff.

Attended the pharmacy for ear wax removal...from start to finish very friendly and professional will recommend to my friends and family in future...top marks to cleland pharmacy

Friendly staff and helpful advice for travel vacations

I attended for Cryotherapy. I was really nervous as didn’t know what to expect. The Pharmacist was so kind and supportive and put me at ease. It was just as she explained and had a positive outcome. I would not hesitate to go back if needed. I’m so glad I found this pharmacy with the treatment available.

Had appointment to get my ears syringed the ladies that did it made me feel at ease and we're very pleasant and friendly they explained how it would work and took their time. It was a bit of a struggle to get wax out as I have very narrow ear canals managed to clear one ear but other ear was more difficult so they gave me more ear drops and need to go back next week highly recommend this chemist to get this done

Went to get earwax removed was a bit nervous as never had this done.The lady explained what it involved and 15 minutes later my hearing was back to normal.Anyone needing this done would recommend a visit.

Staff were informative , helpful .we had a mix up With a booking for holiday jabs ,but it wasn't any problem at all they sorted it straight away

Very helpful, got everything we needed on the day along with plenty of information regarding travel vaccinations.

This is the second time I’ve visited Clelland Pharmacy, first time getting spot removed from my forehead and second time to get two sun spots removed from my face. Only took about 5 mins each time. All I can say is that the results were amazing. Would definitely recommend this Pharmacy.

We chose this local company for ease of access, and availability. Slightly confused about which vaccines were essential/ recommended, staff there soon made everything crystal clear, and we had our vaccines there and then. A very friendly, professional service. Thank you!

Pharmacist was very friendly and welcoming , listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail , I didnt feel rushed at all and felt quite postive after my consultation.

We had to have vaccines for our up and coming holiday. The staff member explained everything clearly and gave us the reassurance we were receiving the correct injections. She made us feel relaxed and I would recommend this pharmacy .

A few weeks to go until we were off on holiday and travel vaccines was our last thought. Not many places that provide this service in Lanarkshire but Cleland Pharmacy staff were friendly and took some time to make sure that the vaccines were relevant to the holiday we were having and explained why this was the case. Would recommend this service to anyone and give you peace of mind that you’ve covered the bases to pacify insurance cover if the worse happens.
