Very quick turn around on my order
Very quick turn around on my order. Unit a little disappointing because it will only rake and lift light stuff; hopefully, it will come into it's own in autumn; we get a lot of leaves 'cos we're surrounded by trees!

The item looks ok although I haven’t…
The item looks ok although I haven’t had a chance to use it yet BUT the packaging was completely broken up.. Hermes had retaped the top of the cardboard box but it still had a large gap in it. It was lucky that there were only three items- the bubble wrapped raked part and the two wooden pole handles.

Hi Betsy. I am so sorry to hear that you Clear'N'Collect arrived in such a poor condition. My husband and I make sure each one leaves us in perfect condition. But we have noticed that the handling by the carriers is getting rougher and rougher. We have responded to this by redesigning the packaging however it doesn't arrive until the end of this month. I would be very happy to send you another one when the new packaging does arrive. I am hopeful you will however love the product and if you get a chance to reassess your review after giving it a go we would be hugely grateful.
