Clear Mobile is an economic service and works fine until something goes wrong. I lost my payment card and need to update to a new card. Very difficult. The website is impossible. Customer Service... See more

Avoid this network at all costs, i would not recommend them to my worst enemy
Switched over a couple of months ago, no issues in the change over no issues with payments. Great coverage no change from previous providers. Have changed 3 other family members over no issues and a couple of friends all having no issues. Simple and cheap just what you need.
What a disgusting rot of a company. Worst ever!
DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
Scam Scam Scam!!!!! They refuse to change my payment method, nothing wrong with the cards I have it’s just that I need to change my bank from my English account to Bank of Ireland. Refuse refused refused my card 10 times. Bank of Ireland team confirmed it’s them. What they want you to do is default on your contract! Then BOOM! Charges come in like hell and that’s how they make their money.
The RYANAIR of phone companies. I’m getting rid of them after the next few months and my contract expires. They are owned by Vodaphone so watch out for them as well.
5 and a half hours wasted on them and they blame the Bank of Ireland. Well then I come on here and Boom your all having the same problems. Overseas call centres so they are NOT supporting Irish jobs. Some Indian woman with a baby crying by her side, who didn’t have a clue, couldn’t answer a question. I said well when my bank is closed next month you won’t get paid. She said the debt collection agency will be around and I said “ got you” “:you’ll be taking my Bank of Ireland payment card then won’t you”
They are SCAMMERS OF THE WORST KIND.

Changed a couple of months ago and zero issues, got sim in the post, popped it in to phone and that was it. Have since changed 3 family members to Clear also and my parents live in an old brick house with no Internet and they have had no issues.
Was paying over 35 a month for my daughters phone bill down to the 12.99 now 🙃

The fair usage policy is crap. Last bill over 42€. So tried to keep my use in N Ireland to falls only. Bill this time €38. Rip off merchants. Their free roaming is a myth.

Brutal coverage. More out of coverage than in coverage. Signed up less than 6months ago and will be leaving again. WiFi is what keeps me connected but I have missed loads of calls when out and about and service very weak for simple tasks when out and about

Joined a number of months ago and no issues , service has been great

Clear mobile is still taking miney out of my account under different merchant names, l cancelled their services after a horrible experience of them blocking my account for 6 months, however they are still taking money out of my account, this is trully unfair for a big company like this to be greedy and taking money out of peoples account and targeting peope 👎
worst network you can ever buy absolute joke and a rip off, says 99% 5G coverage with vodafone but my mate on an actual vodafone network gets better signal. Might work decently around town but once your out of it good luck trying to load up anything on your phone.
Their site doesnt work, nobody answers the phone, cant log in , useless 5G,all just to grab your money and forget about you. Avoid this network better off with 48 or Gomo.
terrible experience so far. I switched to clear mobile on the black friday offer and the sim card was never delivered to my address. i’ve been in touch 5 times to the chat and never managed to get it sorted. my old sim card has been deactivated and now i’m not able to make any phone calls at all. hard to get help.. not recommended
I’ve been cut off for 3 days now because my bill hasn’t been payed , however I’ve tried numerous times to pay my bill and it says pending” this credit card dosnt exist “ even tho I confirm my purchases in my bank app . Now they have taken my money and I’ve been “ pending “ for 2 days now . I can’t talk to any of them as there’s no mobile number and just an AI bot , but it says “ all our operators are busy at thus time “ and to contact them on social media , so I contact them on Instagram and it tells me to contact them on the Ai bot ! I’ve never had such a stupid problem with any company like this before
Not enough support staff so hard to get support, however, they are helpful once you get through.
Virtually zero 5g coverage, poor coverage (map is fictional) outside urban areas. Very hard to get in touch or manage as little such simple password change. No direct line or chat.
Stucked with cancellation of trial for above stated reasons. Not worth even the current 9.99 pcm price.
Nil customer service, unhappy customer and now I’ve decided to leave unable to cancel my contract as chat and social media are not responding/working. Stay away from clear mobile.
Worst customer service ever. The help Chatline on their website constantly says all agents are busy and to contact us through our Social Media channels then when you do that their social media channels tell you to use the help chat line on their website. An absolute shambles.
Changed from 48.ie, it’s on Vodafone network which is so much better than the three network and is €3 cheaper a month. Yes I’m tight but every little helps
Don't do it, don't believe the ads...yes they use Vodafone network but your 5G is a capped at 25mb/s that's basically just browsing speed. Videos and media in the background of apps will struggle. You won't be able to watch anything properly. Biggest chancer company going. Never again. As much as I hate EIR they own the network. For the same price (maybe a couple of EUR more) you get access to the proper infrastructure and EIR do answer the phone now. 5G on EIR is extremely fast some nights I get 300-500 mb/s. Clear even try suck another 10.99 in activation fees out of you...it costs nothing to join a network.
