Efficient and easy to deal with.
My number had not transferred over to clear from previous provider. Contacted live chat and met a very nice operator who could sort it out for me straight away. Took about 20 mins altogether. Very efficient, helpful and I was very happy with the service.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service, been trying to cancel my contract for over a month and being told all agents busy and to try later. I've got through just now and still waiting to actually speak to someone on live chat over a half hour later. I work as a manager in a live chat environment and this would not be acceptable with us whatsoever. Get more agents employed or seriously review the service you have in place, because it's shockingly bad at present!! Update: the chat has just timed out on me at 115 minutes in, without anyone responding to me... Refresh to try again and same old message I've been getting since February... "all our customer representatives are busy right now, please try later" To say I'm annoyed is an understatement!!

Terrible roaming
Terrible roaming . Can’t get a signal and then sometimes it says 5G and still can’t connect - have lots of screen pics to evidence this . It was the same when I went to Malaga , France and now Germany with work - if I didn’t have also a work phone would be completely lost. No way staying with them

Great service and good roaming experience
Switched from eir a few months ago. Very happy with the service. True 5g unlike eir where their 5g is often just 4g marked as 5g. Speeds substationally higher (300Mbs v 100Mbs with eir). Have started switching over the family too. Roaming has worked well so far. A bonus with clear that Switzerland is included as part of free allowance. Not so with eir or most of the other operators.

One of the worst companies going. Avoid. Use 48 mobile or something else. They'll make up billing excuses, never pay out referral bonuses and attempt to charge you an extra fee €10 if they're billing system fails to charge your card correctly. Shady.

Switched over a couple of months ago, no issues in the change over no issues with payments. Great coverage no change from previous providers. Have changed 3 other family members over no issues and a couple of friends all having no issues. Simple and cheap just what you need.

Scam Scam Scam!!!!! They refuse to change my payment method, nothing wrong with the cards I have it’s just that I need to change my bank from my English account to Bank of Ireland. Refuse refused refused my card 10 times. Bank of Ireland team confirmed it’s them. What they want you to do is default on your contract! Then BOOM! Charges come in like hell and that’s how they make their money.
The RYANAIR of phone companies. I’m getting rid of them after the next few months and my contract expires. They are owned by Vodaphone so watch out for them as well.
5 and a half hours wasted on them and they blame the Bank of Ireland. Well then I come on here and Boom your all having the same problems. Overseas call centres so they are NOT supporting Irish jobs. Some Indian woman with a baby crying by her side, who didn’t have a clue, couldn’t answer a question. I said well when my bank is closed next month you won’t get paid. She said the debt collection agency will be around and I said “ got you” “:you’ll be taking my Bank of Ireland payment card then won’t you”
They are SCAMMERS OF THE WORST KIND.

Saving me loads 😃
Changed a couple of months ago and zero issues, got sim in the post, popped it in to phone and that was it. Have since changed 3 family members to Clear also and my parents live in an old brick house with no Internet and they have had no issues.
Was paying over 35 a month for my daughters phone bill down to the 12.99 now 🙃

The fair usage policy is crap. Last bill over 42€. So tried to keep my use in N Ireland to falls only. Bill this time €38. Rip off merchants. Their free roaming is a myth.
