Service was amazing. I had to change my order and went down for pick up. They made it right then and there. WORKS GREAT!

I've owned a manufacturing company for over 20 years and I'm very proud to sell products made in the USA! Therefore I always look for USA made products when shopping. I'm so glad I found Clear Creek Tubes! This company is what "Made in the USA" stands for! They take pride in what they do and how they take care of their customers! The first call was answered immediately by an actual human being! They were extremely helpful and courteous in answering my multitude of questions. I purchased a commercial towable snow tube based on the information they provided. The tube arrived a couple of days before our next snow storm and the kids couldn't wait to try it out. It was unbelievable and the kiddos are now anxiously awaiting more snow. However what makes this company really stand out is how they handled my next call. So after about 30 minutes of use I notice some issues around the tow strap with what appeared to be some threading coming loose? Nothing was ripped, just kinda starting coming apart. My thoughts were that I may have abused the tube or hit something or that maybe the stitching just came loose? I made a call and again someone immediately answered the phone. I explained what I saw and they asked me to send pics which I did. It was a great conversation and they did not accuse me of abusing it and actually suggested it may have been their fault. I challenge you to find that kind of service with something made in China. It gets better, two days later I got an email stating that they were sending me a new cover! That's unbelievable as I believe we are both not sure if I abused it or if the stitching came loose. So, bottom line if you are looking for this product, you can't loose by going with this company, truly an American made product with lots or pride!!!!

I would like to add that if I would have truly felt that the problem with the tube was self inflicted I would not have called the company to discuss it. In my case it just wasn't clear to me as to what was the cause. So, as a manufacturer that takes pride in my products, I would just ask that as a consumer, be honest in your assessment when a product fails.

Called them early in the morning and owner answered and discussed tubes with me. I then placed online order and they made it that morning and shipped it that same day. Great business!

Better than expected, and I was expecting quite a bit...

This is a very well made product. It should last for many years. Shipping was very quick. I would recommend purchasing from clear creek tubes.

Great tube it is a great quality tube and cover! Got it the same week I ordered it. I also bought the repair kits and extra cover for valve stem. Great product.

All the reviews are correct, amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong tubes and they got correct ones shipped right out. I own Bradley tubes which I love these tubes went further and faster, granted Bradley tubes r older n these r new. Still for the price difference n customer service my new favorite is clear creek tubes! Not the mention loads of color combos.

I’ve been wanting one of the hard plastic bottom tubes for about five years now. With my twin 6 year old boys enjoying the snow, now was finally the right time to purchase one! However, since we live in central Indiana, we are still waiting on snow to use it. As far as the construction, it seems very well built. I suspect it to last many years.

I love small businesses! My order was shipped to me in the northeast in 3 days. It was Saturday night, and I call at 6:40 pm and an actual person answers my call. I had a question regarding the tube size that was shipped to me and the owner clarified that the tube size shipped was correct. The tube is ultra heavy duty, and the cover is quality. The only issue I had was I didn't read the FAQ on the company website which reads:

"CAN I USE MY RIVER COVER IN THE SNOW?
Unfortunately, no. The canvas bottom of the River Covers actually grip the snow/ice and will not allow it to slide."

I ordered 2 tubes that were really specified for water and not snow. I needed them for snow specifically. My bad!
My next step was to call the company. I called before business hours and didn't leave a message. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner of the company called me back by simply seeing the missed call! It was obvious to me from the beginning of the conversation that he was more concerned with making things "right" with me than making a profit. Today he shipped me 2 new tubes free of charge without any hesitation. This was a big expense to his company to do this but again was more concerned that I was happy than him making a profit. This is exactly how I run my business. I never sweat the small stuff and put the customer first. This kind of treatment makes for repeat customers and ALWAYS brings new customers/business. Without hesitation, order from this company. Class act!!

LOVE our tube covers, took them out last weekend and everyone was wanting to try our tubes! Even though we bought the super slick bottoms, my husband added wax to make his go even faster! Worth every penny!!
