After receiving a section 21 in August, I was prepared to become homeless as a single parent which was extremely stressful. My family suggested trying for a mortgage and I was very doubtful due to previous poorly managed credit (I’d previously entered an IVA). I contacted Eric, he visited me the next day and within a few days had an offer. I was overwhelmed and shocked that he managed to find something for me. I’ve managed to buy the home I’ve raised my daughter in from birth as a solo applicant. I’m extremely grateful and wouldn’t have been able to do this without Eric. I’m now telling everybody I know who rents ‘have a word with Eric, you might be surprised’. He never once judged me for my situation, just supported.
