Had a terrible experience with CleaningDay - I spent ages talking with them on multiple phone calls, going through exactly what we needed cleaning and all of the extras (steam cleaning of carpets etc). They never once asked us what size oven we had or mentioned that there would be an additional cost for a double oven. However, when the cleaners turned up on the day, they said it was going to cost us extra as we had a double oven (we actually have a completely standard below-the-counter oven unit that has a separate grill section above the main oven but that's what they wanted to call it). The office then proceeds to ring us and charges a ridiculous extra cost for it, even though I've told them that no one ever mentioned this additional cost to us within the ample opportunities they had. The customer service was also really terrible and they were pretty rude on the phone. The whole thing really reeked of a scam, I felt very angry that they were getting away with it but we had no choice at this point as needed the flat to be cleaned before the inventory.

On top of all of this, the actual clean was pretty terrible - there were super obvious stains and marks left on things like cupboards, appliances and the oven (I don't know if they didn't bother with this after knowing we were unhappy with paying the extra cost). Our landlady was unhappy with the clean - there's absolutely no way I'd pay that amount of money again for the service we received, what a complete waste of money - I'm sure there must be better companies out there who are not scammy, AVOID!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible 'deep clean' and rude customer service. Paid £215 plus parking for an awful team to come in and lightly wipe everything down. Do not book them.

We had our flat cleaned yesterday. The Domestic cleaning was great. They manage to combined it with steam cleaning for the carpets. The property is clean and refreshed. I'll probably have another cleaning next month. Highly recommend them.

We had an End of Tenancy done last week. The cleaners were great. They also give us 72 hours grantee after the job was done. We booked this in over the phone for couple of minutes. The lady over the phone was very nice. We are very happy with the overall experience.

I called Cleaning day for our sofas cleaning and their technician did an amazing job today. He was very polite and efficient and also removed a tough mascara stain on it. We would recommend this service to others

I used cleaning day to do a after builders clean . After they cleaned I noticed they did not clean properly as there was still dirt left on floor, skirting boards, mirrors . They didn’t clean the kitchen cabinets outside nor inside properly. They left the door untouched . I complained to the company immediately attaching pictures to them but they didn’t acknowledge my complaint properly. The worse part of the cleaning was they used some chemical on my house alarm
Sensors which triggered a tamper on the system. Which meant I could not set my house alarm due to their negligence . I informed the company and they refused to take any responsibility. I have had to pay out call out charge and a replacement sensor , total costs £200 to my house alarm company to rectify the problem. I am totally disgusting and very unhappy with this company. I will not be using them again nor will I recommend their services to anyone.

We needed a post build carpet clean. Boris who came to clean our carpets was excellent. He was professional, helpful and very thorough. We were very pleased with the results.

We booked Cleaning Day to deep clean a bedroom and en-suite bathroom after a tenant moved out. We paid £178 for this. There was still dust and hair on bathroom surfaces at the end. You would expect a better job than this for a one-off clean from other companies that would charge ~£30.

We contacted the company and they told us that they were unable to guarantee that a room would be clean after their cleaning service. Isn’t this the entire point of hiring a cleaning service? They were unwilling to go back and finish the job they didn’t do the first time around.

Exceptionally poor value for money. We hired Cleaning Day rather than a standard house cleaner because there were no cleaning supplies/vacuum available in the flat we needed cleaned. It would have been better value to purchase a new vacuum and all new cleaning products and hire a standard hourly rate one off cleaner.

We’ve hired lots of cleaners over the years and have never had such shockingly bad results.

Save your money and look elsewhere! These people take your payment and then don’t do the job you’ve hired them for.

Cleaning Day's estimate came in the lowest when I was sourcing an End of Tenancy clean and they were easy to work with. I had vacated the premises and relocated outside of London so wasn't able to be on site before or after clean but communication was clear and efficient. They were able to collect keys from my neighbour, clean the flat, send photos of the flat post-clean as well as all the sets of keys left on the counter, and offered me a discount for the future. Only negative point was that I had to call to follow up to obtain said pictures, but they were sent within minutes of calling the evening following the clean.

I had to use the company to clean my business office for reopening soon, and i cannot reccomend enough - the best part is the 24/7 contact which helped me massively and the job was, as they say, a bloody goon un!

We used Cleaning Day for cleaning after we'd had an extension built. There was a lot of dust and debris as well as dirty carpets from trades men walking on it with their boots on.
Super impressed with the cleaning and service provided and have already recommended to friends.

Amazing cleaning service. i used domestic cleaning service and it was delivery as i expect . cleaner are well trained and very polite . work was done very well . they offer great price with sufficient work.
