I am very happy with the service of this company, which I used for carpet and sofa cleaning for my end-of-tenancy move-out. They always responded very quickly on emails about quotations and confirmation/amendment of booking. Communication was easy and clear.
The cleaners arrived on time on the day of cleaning and they were very efficient. I am also very satisfied with the cleaning result. I would recommend this company.

Extremely poor service, their carpet technicians refused to start the service unless they were paid cash before they started the service.
I explained that my client would return in 30 minutes to give them the cash, but they refused to start.
They called their office to ask if they could start, and the office said no, so they walked away, leaving me in a highly embarrassing position when my client returned!
What company asks you to pay cash before they have even started the service!!!!!!!!!!!!
On top of that, the two operatives who turned up to carry out the booking were very poorly presented - tracksuit pants, hoodies, unshaven, smelt of smoke and very unpolite!
You would think that they would be in company uniform, shaved and trained in customer service!

Last Minute Clean
Me and my flatmate had to have an emergency clean our accommodations and Cleaning day really pulled through for us at the last minute. The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly and the guys that showed up got everything done much better that we would have in the time it took them. I don't usually leave reviews but this one was well deserved, definitely using you guys again if I need a quick clean!

Not reliable-superficial job and bad customer service
Horrible experience I had with them twice. I tried to book an end of tenancy cleaning and it took me ages to do som I tried again to hire them to clean the windows and window frames, specifically emphasising that there is some mold start on the edges I want them to get rid off. When they arrived they were absolutely unprepared for that and did nothing on the mold. They just took the money upfront and left. Do not trust them! Very superficial job and bad customer service. Not worth your time and money.

I opted for a sofa steam cleaning service, not only did the technician turn up 30min late but he then ruined my walls when conducting the service.
I have water marks all down my walls, they then tried to deny liability but still wanted to come and attempt to rectify the issue by wiping the walls down. So now I dont have water dripping marks I have wet cloth marks.
I am now being accused of lying to try and have my reception painted, when I suggesting a cost price of £400 for the Farrow and Ball Paint and the decorator for a day.
They have zero customer care, do not let them into your property!

DO NOT book cleaners from Cleaning Day, they are not professional cleaners. I booked a DEEP CLEAN which was told would take 3 hours, for my 1 bed flat. I came back to find my flat still not cleaned. They said they could not get the stains out the grout in the bathroom, so I went to the shop and bought my own products and cleaned it myself to show them it could be done. I called the office 3 times to complain and they said the Deep Clean was not a timed service and to wait until they finished. They were there for 7 hours and still didn't clean properly, after that I asked them to leave. Their cloths smelt so now my whole flat smells of damp cloth, they also don't bring professional cleaning products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Undoubtedly the worst service I have ever bought in my life. I paid £250 for a ‘deep clean’ that was set to be for 3.5 hours, but the cleaner was gone in less than an hour. I had sent cleaning day a plethora of pictures showing that none of my surfaces were wiped, a lot of the floors weren’t even hoovered and none of them were mopped. The windows weren’t so much as even wiped.
I sent all this information to cleaning day the very next business day and was given an offer for a £10 refund - absolutely insulting.
None of the ‘good reviews’ seem to even be genuine online, which I blame my own naivety for but I was desperate to get a cleaning done last minute which is what I guess keeps this company afloat.
Do yourself and favour and DO NOT get cleaning day to do any service for you - you’re better off paying extra or doing it yourself.
I will be following up with them to go down the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) route and will post updates here.
Have never in my life been left feeling as frustrated with a company and their services as this one here. Please listen to the reviews and do not book with them.

Absolutely awful cleaning and customer service!
HIGHLY AVOID!
We booked an End of Tenancy clean and it was quick and easy to book and we seemed hopeful.
I arrived to inspect the property after them finishing early to notice that both bathrooms still had limescale present, 2x windows and surrounding areas were not cleaned, the oven half hearted cleaned, washing machine not cleaned, skirting boards not cleaned and tops of cupboards not done. All of which is stated will be done on their End of Tenancy.
I called the office to be told to email over all the pictures and areas and I can get a partial refund. They offered a re-clean but I was out of the property the next day so was not possible.
I was told they can't offer me a partial refund and that it was my fault I had to be out of the property.
The emails to me made it all seem it was my fault and the blame was never on them. I spoke with Citizens Advice after an ongoing saga of emails and them offering me a £20 goodwill gesture in the end. Hardly suitable for us having to spend 1.5 hours recleaning the place and then still paying over £200 for a cleaning service.
I have stated that they have broken the law but they still do not want to admit liability. In the end they offered a 25% refund which is a bit insulting due to I spent the same time as the 'cleaners' did at the flat re-cleaning the property. Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that the job needs to be done with reasonable care and skill. If this is not done then the company have broken the law. All has been relayed to the company.
I asked for a 35% refund, which we believe is reasonable. I told them this was a final offer and that I don't want this going on any longer (4 weeks currently) and they are now sending passive aggressive emails that they won't respond to my email unless I send them my bank details.
In addition to all of this, I have been lied to on the phone on 3 occasions.
1 - Told i can get a partial refund as soon as I send over details. It took me 2.5 weeks to get an offer from them.
2 & 3 - Asked to speak with manager and then was told they're not there and they will call me back.
No one ever called back! I spoke with a 4th employee on the phone who I explained and asked to speak to a manager and was told that is not possible. It all needs to be dealt with over email. This employee confirmed I was lied to. Hardly a 'customer focused' company as they claimed they are in an email to me.
I should have checked their google reviews as it seems lots of others have had the same.

Had the worst experience with the cleaners and then the customer service team. The end of tenancy clean was very poor (they did not use cleaning products), and the cleaner stole one of our flat keys. They then didn’t show up for a re-clean so we’ve had to book another re-clean, and the they’re refusing to take seriously the fact that their cleaner took a set of our keys. The new tenants are very disappointed and so are we.
