Again, I’ve had another issue with them. On top of that, they charged me £19 because I couldn’t attend a class. I’d encourage everyone not to sign up for their service, and if you do and have a rubbish experience (as I expect you will), then please give them a one-star review.

I’ve been using ClassPass intermittently for about ten years, and I’ve recently been very consistent about taking classes. The app’s interface is easy to use, I love being able to take a variety of classes, and the Support team (especially Joan) is always helpful when I need them! I wish there were a bit more consistency with the credit values of classes, but that’s definitely my main complaint - everything else is pretty A-status.

Really good customer service although the app is a little clunky and removed my credit bc of changing my plan, after speaking to the customer service team member, they understood my predicament and explained to me what happened and rectified the issue all within one session. Thank you

honestly, not too pleased with customer service. had to spend over an hour trying to get the account set up with the Revolut Metal plan. customer service are a bit short/curt with customers, stating just that's the process that everyone has to follow. I just really think when there's errors/slow support, customer service should be willing to say "sorry this happened, hope you're still willing to give us a go, and if it helps here's an extra few credits to try make amends", especially when there are a lot of alternative options, having faith that customer service will try to put things right really goes a long way to making me want to keep supporting the business. I said "that's just disappointing to hear, so if you could just let the manager/feedback process know, otherwise that's it, thanks". Customer service said in response "The same information will be provided by the manager, as we all use the same system and follow the same policy." Quite disappointing
