I’ve had a very disappointing experience with ClassPass.
My membership was automatically renewed without any meaningful reminders leading up to the billing date. I only received a single email, which is easy to miss, and there were no follow-ups or clear notifications before being charged.
For a subscription service, this feels completely misleading. Good companies send multiple reminders or make renewal terms much more transparent—especially when charges are significant.
I paused my account because a) I’m not in a financial position to keep the membership going and b) there are NO classes within my new living area that use class pass.
The unexpected renewal is having a direct negative impact on my life.
I have been a long term user and previous fan of class pass so I have to say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Super disappointed in my experience, I had 33 credits and had recently had to replace my debit card that said I had to wait for my new one to come in and then doing so my membership was canceled. I was looking to try and reinstate it mind you this has happened in less than the span of a week of my renewal date, but I have learned that I won’t get my 33 credits back all of the money that I put towards that was for nothing and I am simply out of luck due to this I will not be proceeding with business for ClassPass and would not recommend them if you happen to have life happen to you and you are waiting on your debit card which takes about 7 to 10 calendar days. You will be out of luck.

I like the platform. The class that I attend is easy to schedule. I wish they had more options in my area, but that may not be a ClassPass issue as much as it is a business recruiting issue. I had an issue with payment and it was resolved in a satisfactory manner
