Been chasing an order from start of December but noone replies to emails. Royal Mail says not yet received it. Seems a big gap between dispatched and Royal Mail? I'm ready to ask for a refund. Frustrating and running out of days.

Edit 19/12/25 Was asked to remove my review as shirts would be here this week. Haven't arrived still.

Edit 22/1/26. Did arrive just in time for Christmas but not with enough time to post one back out as the planned Christmas gift, so that was late for the receipiant. Quality was fine, but I still feel they only finally responded due to this negative review as their email system never got me an answer. I wouldn't use again in the future. Have now messaged me on WhatsApp promising compensation if I remove or update my review. I'll let you know if I receive this.

I’m still waiting for my order.. tracking with Royal Mail says there expecting it. No one replies to emails. Christmas presents due and who knows where my order even is?! I’ve emailed to state I’ll be requesting my bank to cancel the payment tomorrow if I don’t hear back. It’s terrible service!

I have really disappointed because I waited 2weeks to receive order and when opened was not what I ordered!I spend more than £100 and received wrong shirt,wrong kids football kit and missing mystery gift because I bought 2 shirts .I 'm angry because this is Christmas presents for my 2 son's and my husband .
Update:after this review I received massage from Anna (customer service),she was very kind and was responding and try to resolve my problem.Now I waiting for tracking number to new items.I will update soon.
UPDATE:8.12-I received tracking number for shipment, so I waiting for parcel.Soon when I have it I will make an update.
UPDATE:16.12- Today I received new parcel. Everything is ok,items are great!.Thank you so much for fast response from Anna and team,for fast delivery !I'm really happy that my boys will receive this items for Christmas 🙂

Very misleading, placed an order. Wanted to cancel it. The site says you have a 24hour window to make changes. However they will reply to you after 24 hours so there cant be any changes. Then you have to wait till the order has been received after you can send it back.

Update: given the shirts away to charity, want nothinf to do with this company

I ordered my shirt a little sceptical too be honest, but the shirt arrived and the quality and fit are both superb. I must thank Anna, who responded to my 2 enquiries rapidly. I will certainly use this company again and I will be informing friends and family to do the same

Excellent quality and sizing, slight problem with shipping but think that was more of a problem with the app Shop then on class football jerseys half, either way jersey has completely made up for it. Such a unbelievable price for the Ajax X stone island shirt I purchased

The jerseys are top quality! Especially the price-quality of their jerseys are perfect. In addition, their service is excellent! I got immediate response on my emails and they are more than willing to help out (Anna was great!). So, definitely a trusted party (you also receive tracking) to order your jerseys!

The kit quality was absolutely AMAZING. I got the Chelsea 25/26 kit and i really love it, i would happily purchase more kits in the future. Really love them.

I am very impressed with the website I all ready order 4 shirts and it is perfect qaulity the namens and Numbers on the back is nice but one thinh put in your website to put your OWN name on the jersey, but great website!.

I ordered two mystery jerseys and I got two obvious counterfeit jerseys. The badge on the Brazil jersey looked very inaccurate and cheap and the labels were a red flag. Since the product page does not mention anything about counterfeit products (but does mention authentic labels) I expected to get authentic and licensed jerseys.

Update: The service was good. After this review the CFJ team reached out to me quickly and offered me a full refund.

I just got my order of 2 shirts. One 06/07 ac Milan home and one 05/06 arsenal away. It took 2 weeks to arrive, but that’s what they say beforehand so that’s good. The quality of the shirt is good and the print looks good aswell. I did had patches on both my shirt and they looks very clean. The only thing I have to mention is that the patch on one of the 4 sleeves lift the bottom of the sleeve a tiny bit up. But I think i can get it out myself. It’s because I think I can get I out myself that I gave an 5 star. Because the shirts are cheap and they look good. I would recommend ordering a size above you’re normal t-shirt size. The size graph is pretty good on their site (for me it was accurate)

Saw a lot of good reviews so I tought to try it and I don’t regret it. Love the jerseys and the quality is amazing. I will sure come back and recommand it to everyone who loves football jerseys but don’t want to spent a lot of money on it

The quality of the shirts is fantastic and they're priced very well. You can track everything perfectly with track and trace. The website is attractive and clear. They also sometimes have great deals on the shirts. Highly recommended.

Good delivery, exactly how it said it wouldve been. Quality is very good no stickers etc but really well-embroidered logos.
